I generally don't open chests but I was desperate for some magebane is it where you fixed and pushed around the barrel? 1 side is loot, 1 side is a banana, you always block 1 doing the puzzle I always block the right one and get a banana from the left. :p

Cracker is already back to zero, I came too late (as our queen just died when the pulling was about to happen). Great, I can wait once more for the rewards...

So eh, considering it takes 250k people to make one cracker, which takes quite a long time (take one a day), and the fact that the cracker can be pulled instantly, I foresee that a lot of people will never get the lamp and emote from the damn thing.

I was thinking this as well. It was like the year parts of the web made a massive show and dance that jagex was in the red and made a lose not a profit, but when you looked the the actual figures they made one of the biggest profits for years, they just decided to re-invest it all with extra credit from investors into expansion. Which far from suggesting a failing that the scaremongers aimed for actually suggested quite a successful year with big profits and enough investor confidence to make such a big re-investment. At the end of the day good revenue with a small profit is the most desirable figures we as players could see. Good revenue means they are doing well and making the money they need to succeed. Small profit means they aren't making an excess of money that investors/management are then skimming off for their own pockets, it means they are re-investing in the company - which is again desirable for players as it means new games, more devs and hopefully better content. Not to be nitpicking, but what great content have we gotten in 2013 that might drain a lot of the revenue? :s 2013 was known as the lackluster update year, so I don't think the revenue went to RuneScape significantly.

And Xenia didn't have to deserve this faith if we showed her Zaros.

I keep getting ranks up at Hunter, which I'm now rank 360 in. I haven't caught anything noteworthy, so I guess it's mostly people being banned/letting their subscription go.

Gotten 21 last night from one pillar. Only using perfect juju.

But making it so, all the skilling stuff is dependant of use for combat stuff. Best way is to create endproducts that enhance skills too, like giving faster gathering rates, constructs to access a deep mine/far away trees that collapse after X uses, exp boosts (since EVERYTHING gives bonus exp these days), addons like the imcando/adze effect on other skilling items, and so on.

At this point of my life, I can't be bothered aymore with the insane stuff they are adding these days to the comp cape, so I heartfully agree.

Well that itself speaks volumes, it seems obvious to me there should have been about a 50-50 split. Don't get me wrong I think some of them are perfectly reasonable and I look forward to trying all the content out (can't wait to get home from work currently). However it is clear that some of them are unreasonably grindy/RNG dependent. Why was it needed to both get the journals from the agility course and do 200 laps for example? Both are the same thing. 8 journals, 1 every 25 laps, 200 laps total. I'm 4 hours past getting all the journals, still nog "200 laps done" message or title unlocked, let alone one of those new emotes. -.-

It seems all new kind of textures are already made, just not 'unfolded' into the game.
