  1. Because he's that youtube guy who became a mod a few weeks ago. :P
  2. Yeah, but Ana said it today, so I'm holding on to that. :P Unless they post a new date the coming months. :)
  3. Ooh, I like, I adore Mahjarrat lore! :D
  4. Sy, I have to say Jagex' promises aren't quite what they deliver, which is a great shame. However, mod Ana and Hew said toady that they are trying to bring the next skill out this year, which will give more lore. :) About Ikov, yeah, was a real shame. But Hazeel's Cult wasn't retconned I think, Hazeel is only at the Ritual if you revive him, and a few months ago Zemourgal's notes have been changed, they no langer tell that Hazeel is revived if you didn't do that in Hazeel's Cult. :)
  5. I really hope so, but as it is the year of the player, where we get to decide everything, I am a bit cautious about it. One of the next quests will give us a choice which will split the story of the world into two different stories, based on your actions, according to a recent Q&A. EDIT: the sixth Elder Artefact to be confirmed is Quin's Horn, in the Eastern Lands. Apparently there will be a quest to get it. :) Set the sails, we're going to the East! :D
  6. Yeah, I only know what that friend said, so I don't know really how it was worded. :) But we most likely would get the option to (not) revive him into a body, so this could give problems when you make a world event with Zaros, while 50% may have chosen not to revive him, thus having no Zaros at the event. :P So from that view, I would understand there wouldn't be any plans for a Zaros-themed world event. :) But again, I only passed on the info I got from somebody else, there may be inaccuracies.
  7. Seeing as we are the World Guardian and he requests our help in this quest and in subsequent quests, I thaught it could have helped him to change the perception anti-Saradominists have of him. As we've seen in this quest, you can try to destroy the wand because you don't trust him with this power. If he told us about his regret and so on, we could have considered to give him the wand freely. It would make his life much easier really. :P
  8. Yeah, I know, but I just dislike that you need Saradominist stuff or be a Saradominist to get to see a better side of him. From a story point, he's only a good guy if you side with him, if you aren't with him, well, then he stays an ass.
  9. Anyone who has the new lore from this podcast? As a foreign language user, it's kinda hard to understand the quick voice of Osborne. :) A friend already told me Zaros is now a tier 3 god and he confirmed that the Portal of Life and the World Gate are one and the same thing. Also there is a Divination quest in the works, there won't be dungeoneering tasks above level 100. There won't be world events around Zaros (his story will be fleshed out through quests), but the Godless will get world events. The Godless however get no quests. Zaros is really searching for a body, and Guthix' body isn't excluded. Lastly, Guthix can't be revived because his soul exploded when he died. Anyone who has more lore from the podcast, please share. :P
  10. So basically, Saradomin is staying an ass, unless you side with him... But thanks. :)
  11. What is this Ziliyana's gift that we have to use on the Skull they are talking about in the patch notes? It seems to give the Sara dialogue about the Naragi.
  12. WHAT??? The yellow ones actually give more tears??? Dang, good that you tell me this, thanks. :)
  13. I assume there has been one. :P Heard from a friend that Brassica is very low tier according to the stream.
  14. Sooooooooo, did anyone listen to the podcast from a few hours ago? :P
  15. The runescape wiki (not the on the main site) has a full dialog of the whole quest with all the options we could make during the quest. :) http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/The_Death_of_Chivalry/Transcript
  16. Found this too, the whole convo. I do am a bit worried about the situation. I don't know any of those three new Jmods, but apparently on the Dutch fansite I'm part of a lot of people claim that he's always been like this.
  17. Cannons could go either way, maybe the Dwarven Finale. Masks seems to be about Sliske, as he is the master of secrets and hides himself in the Shadow Realm, deceiving everyone. Feathers, well, we have this one god with some beaky followers... :P Crystals, well, Seren could be this. The elves probably won't because they only started a month or two ago talking about a continuation to the elven story.
  18. That bug happens everywhere in the game, sadly. :s
  19. Yeah, no need to start blasting deadly spells at us when we just want to keep a wand for ourselves, especially after we infiltrated a Zamorakian castle, performed arcane rituals, fought spiritual beings, solved some age-old puzzles and stood the test of virtue, which all could have us killed. That wand is ours, and he may attack us over it, but it won't help him becoming more liked by us.
  20. And that's the problem with him, unless you're on his side, he does not care for you at all. :/
  21. Player: Why did you choose us for this mission? Saradomin: Sir Owen has prior knowledge of the layout of the Black Knights' Fortress. Saradomin: He has dealt with their kind before. Saradomin: Moreover, he is willing to make any sacrifice to achieve his mission. Saradomin: I will have need of his devotion. Saradomin: As for you. Well...you shall soon see how important you are to me. Dialogue from the beginning of the quest. Seems like the only reason we were asked on this quest is because Saradomin knew he wouldn't pass the test of virtue and needed us to do it... By Guthix, he really only cares about himself...
  22. It was a chat session I think, I did not listen to it myself, but some friends posted information on a forum. :) The link from the newspost of Jagex gives this link: http://www.coveritlive.com/mobile.php/option=com_mobile/task=viewaltcast/altcast_code=1664d30d6a
  23. Don't feel sad, Scrying Pool has a load of selfproclaimed "loremasters" who are pricks to anyone who doesn't know obscure details of the lore. However, I like the theory about the connection between Robert and V-----. Because if we look at the timeline of the Stone of Jas, the most plausible moment the Kethsians obtained the Stone was after the Moon Clan used it (they gave it away to persons who walked a higher astral path, like the Kethsians, who were superb mages). Once the Stone was there, after some time, the Dragonkin attacked and wiped out the Kethsian civilisation. Robert the Strong somehow came to know of the Kethsians and got to their plane (probably through the World Gate, as the Kethsian Mage did who obtained the Stone) and stored some of his items there, to be found by the player, knowing he would be reborn some day later. I see a small link. :) EDIT: V----- is the one bloke who touched the Stone and became "wiser" in a vision we had when we touched the Stone in WGS.
  24. Hmmm, would he be affected by the Edicts and thrown out of Gielinor? If he didn't he dwelled 169 years around Gielinor, while not preventing the crusades against his folk.
  25. A heads up on the Q&A from yesterday, the expansion on POP comes this year, with new regions and stories, new kinds of armour, and they will give us a good reason to stock up stuff like bamboo, stainless steel, etc.
