Well, i've been a lurker for a while, so i think it's better to intruduce myself. Hi! I'm Demoliboy2, but call me Demo if your tongue is lazy. I Pro Toon Link, however i only play ocasionally since i got Metroid Prime Trilogy, but i think i can still put up a good fight. Unless my squedule won't allow it, i won't turn away from a challenge. I don't believe in those probabilities you have been discussing from the last few posts (i can wipe quite a few MK's with Gannon) and i think they are all balenced (meta knight has some more obvious advantages, but it's not over the top) I'll post my FC when i feel like it, most likely friday.

Pokemon Gold, my second favourite RPG and what got me into gaming Super Metroid, my best game of all time, the only one that has reached perfection so far Super Mario Galaxy, increadibly level design, controls, looks, music, gameplay, extras. Portal, increadibly imaginative, one of teh best crafted games i've ever played Half Life 2, one the few shooter i enjoyed, also, more complex then point and shoot to advance System Shock 2, read above TLoZ: Ocarina, what else has to be said about this game? FF6/Chrono Trigger: Best RPG's ever. Thats my list :smile:

Ka-Bum *Tish* On topic: A good step in the right direction, we nede more high level tasks to fill the "elite" gap, the last update made me want to train 75 rc and 93 summon, sure i wont do that on the recent futre, but is something to look forward when training a skill.

We know today wasn't really a great release, but it's difficult getting out two or three articles every week and sometimes things just don't get together in time :( I understand your position, and as a TET member i also know the responsibility of all the paperwork too, but since last week times was also one topic, it was expected to be an extra-long one this week, not the reverse :mellow: Also, next week times better have a fictional article :smile:

Weakest Times in ages to be completely honest. I'm ok with promoting user written articles, but making it the only article this week was not a good idea. The DYK was also false as Bruno pointed. Really, REALLY disapointed... :unsure:

Yes but the autocasting update could have been the preperation for this update? Most likely, and they also need to intruduce soul altar, but to do so they need a high demand for soul runes, hence the guthix spellbook, wich will use soul runes as a primary rune intead of blood/death/chaos.

I will put a stake on the ground, bless it, garnish it and claim it will be a mage improvement.

New spellbook? About time, but its more certainly going to be a spell checker or something of that sort (Guthix Spell book? Soul based spells? Yes please :pray: :pray: :pray: )

Okay, first off, what exactly is "upgrayedd" supposed to mean? Besides being completely unpronouncable, it makes absolutely no sense. Upgrayedd = Upgrade :P Yes, we know. But we're still trying to figure out what it means. I've read through entire updates threads wondering if I was the only one scratching my head. :| And this. Oh, I can explain it. Upgrayedd is the name of a character from Idiocracy. Basically it's a movie about what would happen if everyone in the world devolved into morons over the next 500 years. And he spells it with two D's for the double dose of his pimp hand. :razz: Anyway, I started calling Upgrades, Upgrayedds because I found the whole idea of substituting large content for the upgrades rather stupid. I understand that upgrades are necessary to the game, but I think there have been too many in lieu of bigger updates, more in depth additions, etc. I also think that the new content has suffered in terms of length and playability because of the upgrades, can anyone say 2009 the year of the 20 minutes quests as well? Basically though after I post this I'll be ridiculed for my opinion because everyone here likes to mark out for the upgrades and put them over like they're the best things ever, when in many cases they're just fixes to problems created by Jagex in the first place, case in point, the 38 thousand PVP updates we've had this year this year. I don't rip on the other news stuff because that's what it is, other news. Small fixes. Those are usually fine, as are the patch notes. But when this kind of crap is pawned off on me as an update for the week, I get irritated. Also, I think that the upgrades should be made, but content shouldn't have suffered which I think it has. So when I see an upgrade that is crap, like this Champion's challenge and the Leprachaun champion, which doesn't even give you the music which is also dumb, so that the whole thing is completely idiotic I'll call it an Upgrayedd, because I think it's a stupid upgrade. News Flash: MHL likes to whine about updates, but we still love her. I only ever really complain about updates. You'll rarely hear me whine about anything else because I think the game itself is still very good. Also, I don't PVP so you never hear me say anything about that except for the constant attention they show for it instead of doing something useful, like giving depth to their updates. And I've complained this year because the updates sucked this year. Upgrades were fine, updates sucked. Even the Holiday events seemed phoned in this year. I mean give a replica item from an earlier holiday event i.e. rubber chicken and the carrot, and go back to the Reaper's house again, I mean why waste existing code when you can save time *and* give an unoriginal event? :lol: Yeah, other than that, I'm cool with Jagex, though I appreciate if they hit the tanning booth before they do their next video. Their paleness hurts my eyes. :x The deaths house was completely reworked, it's very different from 2 years ago and the spider realm was awesome, i still think you complain a whole too much tbh <_<

I can. It'll probably involve court cases with Penguins and other childish NPC's. I don't mind that Runescape has a childish element to it; it keeps things fresh sometimes. It just seems like they're coming out with updates lately that are lacking in substance. Penguins are some of the most mentaly complex NPC's in the game, and i'm pretty sure it won't have many Childish ones either, overall a very nice addition imo.
