I've always said it in my head as pooned. Even though it sounds weird, it's no weirder than any of the other pronunciations.

This is hilarious. Apparently sometime today the bassist of my cover band decided our name is going to be Muse. The list of the bands playing at the festival was posted today on facebook, and now there are a bunch of people commenting "omfg muse is gonna b there?!??!?!" :lol:

Most of them get old after the first few times (the game/mudkips/9000), but I still think the original content ones are great. I still like the yo dawg ones and the animals with phrases one, like kcdragon mentioned. My favorite's the socially awkward penguin. :P

Happy birthday Nadril! Last night I had a really neat dream. There was this sort of gathering, where nearly all of the people I recognize from OT attended. It was really neat, my mind created voices for everyone and created bodies for the people that haven't posted in the pictures thread. It really made me appreciate the cultural diversity we've here, and in the entire internet. It's like we're one big family, except spread out across the entire world!

Looks like I've received confirmation today on my first gig. It's a festival that all the local bands from my school go to every year on the weekend before school starts, and the bassist/drummer/singer of the band that are hosting it want to make a cover band with me :P Right now it looks like we'll be playing Uprising by Muse followed by Hope Leaves by Opeth followed by The Groove by Muse. Looks like it's going to be a lot of fun!

I realized I don't really like Justice, just a few songs by them. :( Valentine, Phantom, Genesis and D.A.N.C.E. are all really freaking awesome, but I don't really like many of their other songs. Thought I've only listened to Cross, I'll listen to the other one next. edit: oh, they only have one album. I guess what they listened to on their myspace is new then :P

Yeah, all my senior friends are telling me that too, not that I couldn't already tell from my schedule though. Wasn't that hard for me. I slacked at the beginning so I only had a 3.6 GPA, but it wasn't hard at all. I had 1 AP course too. For most of the kids at my school Junior year can be devastating; I know some people that are taking AP French/Spanish, AP Chemistry/Biology, AP English 11, AP U.S. History, AP Computer Science and Calculus AB #-o Usually when I ask them what they want to do with their life they reply, "I dunno, lawyer?" However, my schedule is Music Theory, IT Computer Graphics 1, IT Multimedia 1, Physics, Trigonometry, U.S. History, and AP English 11. After taking AP European History last year I realized I don't do well in difficult classes :P

Haha that would be a fascinating experience! :P

I'm definitely entering, I just haven't finished it yet :P
