I'm 71 DG, although that doesn't quite reflect my ability to do the skill, I consider my self decent (at worst) at it, I just haven't trained it much recently. My problem is though, the people in W117 are... crap. Is there a better place to train at this level?

The boost from a beaver is for woodcutting and not fletching, it only acts as a knife to help you with it. It should be easy to stew up to it, +5 bonuses aren't too uncommon, but using a stew (let's say a +4 stew) and pot would not give you a +7 bonus.

If you don't have them by the time you level, get 1m nats before you sell them. >=)
