  1. You shouldn't let that discourage you. Most people i know don't slay for the combat exp, or the amount of money. They slay because they like the skill. I know i can be making tons of money from doing other skills such as RC'ing, or just camping monsters. And also the cape looks pretty damn hawt .

  3. [hide=Data] [/hide]So, according to that data, slayer is about 140k profit/hour. I don't know if 96 hours of data is enough, but it will at least get close. I wasn't that lucky with whip/d boot drops, so if you'd get like 2 whips and 5 boots more you'd make about 200k/hour, with higher stats and more attention maybe 240k. You'd have to play nearly 8 hours a day to make 13m in a week of slaying. Seems unlikely. It does give nearly the same amount of crimsons per hour to slay that way, 33/hour and quite some other charms. /slightly off topic. Well to go a little more off topic. That's with your 92 slayer. He was talking about players with less then 70 Slayer getting 13m in a week. Now i know that dragons can make money. But that means some of the best monsters are cut out. Abby Demons, Spiritual Mages, Gargoyles, and a few others. But other then that. A very nice log you made there.

  5. Grats on getting membership again. But I don't see what you need help with. Other then finding people to quest with just try and see if any friends are doing quests.

  7. Dusties in CT wouldn't be too bad, neither would Black Demons if you range them. Can't kill dusties with 44 Slayer. Either do Cockroach Soldiers or train slayer. I would do Slayer as it is a good way to do lots of things. And you also will get some money from slaying to help with summoning.

  9. I would like to see a log of what you go for each task. Getting 13m-15m in one week of just slaying seems unlikely. Doing clues and that can help. But with me at 94 slayer, and if i was making 13m a week doing it i would well have enough money. But i only have that 35m. If you don't show a picture or a log or something i will not believe you. You can get lucky on some things but when i was at lvl 70 slayer i wasn't making even half of that. I have a friend that made about 22m profit in 2 weeks are non-stop slaying. He is also maxed combat, 99 summoning and slayer, used a Steel titan on most tasks. And also prayed Piety on all task. With all that he made 22m in 2 weeks, 11m in one week and he was playing hours a day. If you throw in farming, Kingdom Management, clues and other daily things you can do then 13m might be possibly. But just straight slaying I don't see making that much in a week. And yes slayer is low money compared to other things. Take green dragons for example. Average GP/hr is 400k. 4 hours of that would be 1.6m. During a 5 day school week thats 8m. Lets say you plays 14 hours saturday and sunday. That's another 5.6m. That there is 13.6m in one week of Green Dragons. And the average i gave is probably lower then it could be.

  11. Try this guide. It shows most of the daily/weekly you can do. Idk about profit but I'm sure you can figure that out on your own.

  13. Using the Magic Secateurs, you will always get at least 5 herbs from a patch. But the average comes out to be 6.7. Some people even get around 7 average.

  15. Well its pretty much the same thing except for the book. But if you got the Defender use it. If not then the book will be ok.
  16. Don't forget though, you should still be able to buy the Unf. Broad Bolts. Just keep stocking up on them until you can make them and just make in one big batch. But probably don't get more then 10k of them. And you probably shouldn't worry about buying dart tunes unless you bought most of the rewards and have your tasks block. Be sure to keep some points as well to skip some tasks. And whatever you do DO NOT buy the experience with the points. It would be stupid Imo.
  17. You could try Slayer but Green Dragons would be more GP. And no i love the increase in Whip price .
  18. Slayer Helm/Black Mask Black D'hides Fury > Glory Rune Defender Barrow Gloves Dragon Boots And the normal cape and ring you wear for other tasks.
  19. Thats the best way to spend if you have a lot of money. Alching isn't that great way of training magic. Just about the easiest way to do so.
  20. They have been going up ever since "offer-x" and Tricking have came out. More money and the ease of training a once hard skill have drove the prices up. They might go down a little bit. But not to what they once were.
  21. This. You average that number from all the seeds planted and grown. I myself have gotten about 6.8-6.9 average with my toadflax seeds and maybe 6.5 with snapdragons. I got real unlucky and more then half my Snapdragons died on me. But if i were to grow more it would come out to the same average. It comes down to how much you can spend to begin planting. If you got the money then Snaps/Ranarrs are the way to go. And don't forget about Kwuarms, they are one of the 4 best to plant. As for the thing about growing 1 herb will make back twice as much as you spent. It is like that with most seeds. Planting the seed and then picking the herds results in profit. Better seeds mean more profit and experience.
  22. Slayer is slow and low money. You shouldn't just train slayer for money. Train it because you enjoy it or you plan on training it later. I only have about a 35m cash pile atm. There are better/faster ways of making money. I would do GWD like it has been mentioned. But also try and get high amounts of LSP by doing Corp or some other places that can generate high LSP for you. After that go and do LS trips to Arma/Sara GWD. Or try to Solo Bandos if you prefer. As for getting magic and summoning up that seems like an obvious answer. Rock Lobsters. You might get more then enough charms from getting 99 magic, but you're only going for 90 summoning and the best creatures don't stop there (they stop at 99 :) ).
  23. The 2 main undead creature tasks i know (I only used Duradel and Sumona) are Aberrant Spectres and Banshees. Seeing as you need a nosepeg/earmuffs for them it would be best to use the helm and a better necklace, such as a fury. As for other tasks you could but there aren't many other undead tasks that I encounter. And the Savle (e) gives 20% while Helm/MAsk give 15%. Salve (e) + Void stacks Slayer Helm/Mask + Void don't stacks, obviously. Slayer Helm/MAsk + Salve (e) doesn't stack.
  24. You can range most, if not all, slayer tasks. Best to use safespots on them. If you can't safespot then just use melee.
  25. Well if you ever range a task for slayer, void range is great. If you can't afford Armadyl then void works great for chinning. Void melee has minimal uses imo. If you're doing slayer then you should use the mask/helm for that. Some places i hear its useful is Bandos and the Corp beast. But not many other places. The mace is great for a lot of places. The 10% it gives and the ability to autocast any spell makes it one of the better staves to use. Maging rock lobsters for charms, Dag Kings, or anyplace that you usually cast magic is a good place to use it.
