Best melee shield?
For slayer all you really need is the Rune Defender. Most tasks a DFS would be overkill on the Defense. Only tasks you might need a DFS are Dragon tasks and those that really hit hard. Other wise a Rune Defender would be way better. And with the new potion you could possibly just use the Rune Defender instead and not have to worry about it. I find the Defender is good for all tasks. I use it for when I use my prayer gear or when i use my Mage Def gear. You can use the others that are listed in Cheefoo's post but i find the accuracy of the defender to beat out the little mage def or prayer those give. I haven't tested the Falador Shield 3 yet as i recently got it.

Good charm Droppers
Care to give any evidence other than you spent a wagonload of time slaying and got a bunch of charms? I'll guarantee that greater demons are better charms than slayer (excluding waterfiend tasks) as far as summoning xp/time. ESPECIALLY at lower combat levels. Mostly depends on levels and such. Higher slayer levels make for better tasks and better charm droppers. Doing greater demons may be better then a few tasks from slayer. But there are some tasks that are better then Greater Demons. And you can also make more money from doing slayer then you could from Greater Demons. If you even have a remotely decent combat levels Dust Devils are better then Greater Demons. If you decide to do Slayer you will get loads of charms that could be used on Summoning. If you level it up before you do slayer then you could get leftover exp in charms that you can't use. This argument also applies to those who train combat first then slayer. You get tons of extra combat exp while getting Slayer exp. But also doing slayer with maxed stats isn't a bad thing.

Good charm Droppers
Slayer is way better then greater demons. If you can't kill Waterfiends or Rock Lobsters you should try Slayer. I've Gotten to 94 Slayer and also gotten to 88 summoning. Probably got the charms for 90+ in my bank. I never once camped a creature for charms. But only at higher combat and slayer levels is when the charms are good. Abyssal Demons are decent crimson droppers. And you can get waterfiends as tasks. You can also try killing Black Demons or even Dust Devils. Bot of which are better then Greater Demons.

How do you guys get your charms
Slayer is one of the better ways to get charms. Not as good as Rock Lobsters or Waterfiends but it is a great option. Towards higher Slayer levels you get about 0.8 Summoning Exp for every 1 Slayer exp you get. If you plan on getting Slayer up and also want summoning, it is a good way to collect charms. You can also manage to make some money to help pay for the shards and seconds, whereas you lose more money from oding rock lobsters.

Good ways to make money?
There's not many things you can do to make 300k+ an hour at your level. I would just continue to do Slayer and when you have higher combats try killing green dragons. You can probably kill them now but it higher stats will make it better. There is also going to stores and buying items there and selling on the GE. This can make some money quickly. Some items are the Magic runes you can buy. They tend to be really cheap in their stores, but are pricey when buying on the GE.

Zanik's Cbow
Enhanced Excalibur. Idk much about Zanik's bow but it seems that the spec works well on players. Does increased damage to those wearing god items, right? If that's the case then PvM shouldn't bother it to much.

Good ways to make money?
Well if that is the account you're using there isn't many ways you can make money. Some ways though include: [*:330kkglv]Farming [*:330kkglv]NPC Running [*:330kkglv]Tanning Hides [*:330kkglv]Flipping/Merching Small Items [*:330kkglv]Combat [*:330kkglv]Doing Dailies, such as Manage Thy Kingdom and buying items from special NPCs Those are a few options to look into. When I can see what stats you really have i might be better at giving some information. Until then I can only do so much.

Fastest Method for 54-66 Runecrafting?
I doubt it. But at 60-61 i was getting 620 exp a run, i said rune earlier but that was a typo. Those levels are about midway between yours and your goal. You could use that as an average to figure it out and get you a place to start. What i did was i bought 10k pure essence and just crafting most of it. I was at 56 and about 8-9k ess got me to 61. I used a Small, Medium, Large pouch, one spot for fire runes and the rest was Pure essence. I was on Lunar Magic and i banked with the banker in the ZMI area.

Fastest Method for 54-66 Runecrafting?
Those levels are where you actually stat to make profit. Before those levels, the mid 60s, you about break even. Below those levels you lose some money on the runes crafted. It still is decent, and fast exp. Smoke and Steam runes are fast as well whereas Smoke make profit but not as much exp and Steam make tons of exp/hr but you lose money. I personally like ZMI. I got to 61 in hopes of getting to 66 for the diary. I was getting about 620 exp a rune. Comparing that to other methods (double cosmics, nature runes, and laws) it seems to be faster but not as great a profit.

I don't understand how Slayer makes money
Farming and slayer are about the same imo. But slayer you get to kill things. It all comes down to preference really. Those who don't like slayer have low levels and don't train it.

I don't understand how Slayer makes money
Yet RC is one of my lower stats. It might be more money, but its also a pain in the [wagon] to train. Also not as much fun as slaying can be. Also i doubt you can get to 91 RC faster then you can get to 60+ Slayer.

Range tank gear for slayer?
His level is in his sig and clicking on his name will bring you up the high scores. With 99 def you probably won't need that much def. Dragon Boots offer little difference so it probably best to wear Snake Skin or Ranger Boots. Also being 89 summoning you can use a Unicorn Stallion which can keep up with most/all tasks.
-
Range tank gear for slayer?
Full Void. Other best range offensive gear you want. A DFS for those tasks you need def on. Zammy Book for those you don't. Hides/Karils for when you need magic def. Check out Robin's guide in the AoW to Range Slaying.

63 to 70 or 80 Herblore
Costs turning herbs into finished potions Idk much about this method. Costs/Profits of just cleaning herbs. This one makes profit, but it takes a while to level. Costs/Profits of turning Herbs into unf-potions and unf-potions into 3-dose potions This one is fast, but it requires money. Take a look at those and choose ones that have low gp/exp. Some might have higher gps/exp but will make it faster.

best crushing weapon?
Like its been said, Dragon Mace, Torag's HAmmers, Verac's Flail and the Ancient staff are all do choices. If you want you can use prayers and potions and still use a whip. I've been doing it for myl last few tasks and its decent, But i also have high cb stats. Another option is to PM me and i might be able to let you borrow a Zamorakian Spear.

83 Slayer or 85 Slayer?
Average for d boots is more like 1-110: I have a very consistent drop rate of this over 55 pairs of d boots. Whip is more like 1-450 according to zarfot. Ya wasn't to sure on them. But you're probably on a decent streak atm. I hear talk of them being 1/200. Meaning you average about 1 a task. I just did a task of 189 and got nothing then did another task of 174 and got 2 on the one task. Brings my total to 18 drops and only been getting them since 90 slayer. So 18 tasks of them sound about right to me. For the whips i was trying to make a close guess. Asked in TSG and got result from 1/300 to 1/1300. No way to be completely accurate but you can get real close.

I'd probably do what most of yall said. Talk to friends and that. Then on the last day, as the final game clock counts down, I realize they still charge me for one more month of membership. [hide=Rage]FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU JAGEX[/hide] Then go play Aion with some buddies :geek: . And join the Tip.it version for Aion :ugeek: .

Should I train rc now? What run should I craft? plz help
Oh, well deaths then as they appear to be making the most money. 2 seconds is nothing really. Unlike most skills, in RC 2 seconds can mean a lot. Graahk runecrafting isn't that great exp compared to other methods. But it is decent gp/hr. The best gp/hr at 91. Until then there are other methods. You should craft both runes and see which give you better exp/hr and gp/hr if thats what you're looking for. Also taking a look at Zarfot's guide can give you the possibly exp/hr and from that you can calculate the gp/hr with current prices.

Toads Vs. Ranarrs Vs. Snaps
[hide=Big Quote] What? If you dont take seed:cost of herb into account, how can you calculate profit? In your spreadsheet, your formula should be [herb price*(whatever your average yeild is)]-[seed cost] or else... how could it be done? And no, we dont take dead seeds into account. Not because we dont want to, but its just too damn difficult to take those into the formula. We just dont know the death % is. And no, there isnt anything that is always the best profit. Thats why we need spreadsheets or calculators. That isnt any difficult maths at all, you just have to check ge from time to time. snaps: 12.1k*6.86 - 64.2k = 18.806k kwuarm: 3833*6.86 - 6245 = 20.04938k I mean, some people say it's best to plant toadflax because the herb is worth 2 times as much as the seed, while you need about 5 snaps to pay for the seed. Which obviously isn't right. I guess I didn't word it clearly. And we do take deaths into account, they're already factored in in the average herb yield (which of course isn't accurate if you don't use my arm's patch). [/hide] I'm going to do a little math here to show snaps work. Ill use the 6.86 as the average. This average includes deaths. 1 Toadflax Seed: 906 Gp each Grimy Toadflax herbs: 2,630 Gp each Average 6.86 herbs: 18,041 gp Profit: 17,135 gp 1 Snapdragon Seed: 64.9k Gp each Grimy Snapdragon Herb: 12.3k Gp each Average 6.86 herbs: 84,378 Gp Profit: 19,478 Gp From those simple calculations Snapdragons are an easy 2k more profit. And that's if you get the average. Some people get more. You also get better exp with snapdragons. Right now prices are fluctuating so its going to be hard to get a real good average. Just go and look and see which herb profits the most. The 4 best to plant for profit are Toadflax, Ranarr, Kwuarms, and Snapdragons. Others from these all profit but probably not by much.
