Jopie took the words out of my mouth, almost to the point. I liked the second one more, the one you didn't use, as it conveys and stays true to the base render. The first one is quite pixelly and dark, which makes me dislike it a lot. The border also is quite awkward and bad. Text = no-no. The composition is nice, but the execution is so-so. Suggestions: Remove the text and shift the render a bit to the left to make it coincide with the rule of thirds better and take up more space of the left. That's just me though, I bet Jopie would disagree. :P
  2. Wow looks awesome. Can't wait for the chance to request one! :P

  5. Little know's who's entry is who's! Hax! Anyways, still undecided. After looking at the samples which LB posted nothing seems appealing anymore. :wall:
  6. Omg why is everyone using the same tutorial? =/ :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:

Looks nice, visually, but not spectacular. =/
  8. I like the composition, but the text is putting off somewhat. Bottom left corner. Fix it.
  9. Focal....? Try to have a focal, since it means I have something to look at. Flow as well. Border looks shabby, text looks bad and it looks quite messy and bright. Not liking the color choices, buts its an improvement nonetheless.
  10. I meant the white line on the suit that looks pixellated at the edges.
  11. On the left side of the sig, on the shoulder of the joker or so, there's this white pixellated line... Is that supposed to be there? You can thank me for nitpicking at small details again :)

You sir, should either pick up abstract sigs or sprite sigs. :shame:
  13. I would remove the blurry white lines over her face and add some effect onto her hands, but the composition is good. Its just a bit simple.
  14. nvm

    Signature Abstract 350*100 Enjoy!
  15. Anyways, it just looks a little weird to me, but I am guessing that it is because there is no reference point, which is sometimes needed to create a perspective (like, something is closer to me than something else)
  16. I like #2. Its awesome, with the blob just floating there.... =D>
  17. Entries looking sweet. I like the charizard in the stock picture, but the fire doesn't stick to the color/style of the render, so it looks awkward. I know which entry is Jopie's. Its so obvious :P Meh. :wall:
  18. I suggest you do isometric work if your working with shapes :) Seems a bit weird though.
  19. I was thinking along the lines of something like my sig... >.< Oh well. :wall:
  20. Lol I couldn't win it even if I tried >.

In addition, due to the size of the stock, the face seems "floating" and very very creepy. Overall it seems very bland and not very interesting. The text needs to move as it is getting in the way of the focal. The clipping masks seem a bit weird.
  22. Signature Size: 350*100 Style: Abstract Colors Blue/Blue-Green Enjoy yourself! :) Textless if possible, and I would prefer the XCF file so I can add my own text and maybe make a few changes if desired. Hope you don't mind. Thanks a lot (if you do it, of course)
  23. Lovely. :)
  24. Yea the finger looks weird. Its not bad, to be honest. :) Now fill in his legs.
