Well i believe that no new quests for f2p has contributed to all of the competitiveness to "the race to 99"... people run out of things to do and need something to brag about/keep them busy.. Kinda like asking for a new dollar menu at McDonald's.. Why not just buy the combo meal if the dollar menu doesn't fill you up? (just my thoughts)
