I report em only if they continue whatever offense they're doing (ie consistently trying to obtain a pw, cybering accounts, item scammers <-- not so common now, people asking for personal information) There;'s a few up there that I report no matter what.

I want an outfit that says "I've been everywhere and completed 4/5 the quests and have awesome skills" (yes, only 1x 99) instead of "I know where all the cutest items in RS is". Here's an ss of my current outfit: The lightness boots will be replaced with something else, not sure what. Willing to spend 500k on it.

I think it only counts for that hit; it starts degrading again once you get hit or start hitting (while being attacked back or not)

The high alch won't be a problem as long as you use non-melee spells so you DON'T gain the HP xp. Having uuber magic will only help if you want to fire blast occasionally. It may be a good idea if you're fighting other str pures.

Ice giants are a good idea, but usually they're crowded. I recommend Giant Spiders in lvl3 Stronghold, no drops however.

Probably 10m, but I don't know if I have the effort to make this much junk. Might sell for 5 lmao I already have a handful of them. Salmon sells raw very easily to cheapskate cooks so isn't really junk. The javs and darts are fine, but in order to get 8m it will take a lot of time and effort and supplies which may not be worth the end result. Salmon is a good idea, but each raw is no more than 100.. True, but I still have to either buy the cowhides or collect them myself.

That's true, but mining granite provided xp AND it gives me a chance to sell somehting that normally doesn;t.
