i did it with 62 herb and 62 farm, i used daves stew to get +3 on herb, it takes some time but it is worth the effort.

for agility go to gnome stronghold till u get 35 when u can go to barbarian, do it untill 40 or more and go to agility arena,then at 50 boost your stats to enter the wildy course and stay there untill 70. construction is very easy and quick but money is the problem, make chairs or something untill 33 where u can make oak larders the fastest method until 74, the amount of money im not sure about it but wit wont be more than 2m or so gl getting that adze :thumbsup:
