tanking aviansies. you should do perfectly .it took me 15 hours aprox(thats how long torags helm last ) to get 4m at aviansies with me pathetic stats. bring 200-300 nature, fire staff, mud staff for bones to peaches spell( wayyyyyyyyyy better than tab 1 tab 1k thats 6 natures :D ) with your stats you will do even faster than me of course.

Superheat mithril ore, and make mithril bolts unf, i suggest you sell them unf as they sell very quick. use sacred clay hammer and you would be able to lose very little money

bork in ct drops 5 blue charms , you can kill it once per day but is usefull believe me. :D

depending if you got all the vials. it will be very fast i can make 200-300 potions in half an hour or a bit more if i focus.

i suggest you tank em . bring bones to peaches (spell better) excalibur(enchanced better) , nature and a mud staff if u can afford. if tanking, i suggest torags helm, sara body, zamorak chaps, barrows gloves (rune in your case) snakeskin boots, granite shield and broad bolts and rune c bow of course.

some quests yes some not, if i remeber well, legendes can be started with lower herb but as you said, you wont be able to finish it.

you can go and slay bork everyday , he drops a nice amount of charms, even blue, with your stats you will be able to kill him easily :thumbsup:

make sure you go to all minigames u can, also make as much quests as possible, but im not sure if ull make it anyway, i got it by doing quests and got it on the quest nubmer 200 aprox..
