  1. Picure on the left is going to get its [wagon] kicked as soon as i find a better picture to raplace it. And errr if i wanst artistically [developmentally delayed]ed i would have used something like what Den suggested. I just have no clue how to do that :/
  2. Wow you must have horrible luck. Everytime ive killed them i avaraged 1/80 - 1/90. And yeah i forgot about MSB.This might be a good Option although its going to make my choise of God Items a bit harder.
  3. Well, yes, but if they allow for them to be used in PvP situations then the demand won't die off for quite some time yet, or even ever... They are not allowed in PvP though, so alot of the Hype will die down. Alot of the people (like me) never saw a use fo high Herblore and now that there is a use for it some pople might just spend the money to get it. The people who do so will do it now while its still fresh and new. Within a month there will be 5 thousand new Herblore Capes, the hype will be gone and the Prices back to normal.
  4. Well, with the new update Herblore has become much more usefull than Prayer. I will however add that training Herblore now is foolish. Every other wealthy player is doing this at the moment causing the costs to sky rocket. Wait a month before doing herblore. Prayer however does have its uses. 99 Prayer makes a big difference at GWD (Specially Bandos). And i cant imagine that the new potions make too much of a difference in the speed of training. Maybe a slight difference, but nothing to get exxcited about.
  5. At the moment o'm working on a goal of Killing Aviansies til i have 20k Bars and then i'll move on to my goals of 200 Dragon Boots by killing Spiritual Mages. At the moment im using Void, Ranger Boots, DFS, Archer Ring, Range Ammy and Accumulator. I do not want to spend any money on weapons when i start on Spiritual Mages. I really would prefer just killing them with Void. Here's my question though. Should i Range or Melee them? Which Should i go for? Zammy Mages are easier due to low HP, but they require the use of Prayer. Sara Mages are slower due to higher Exp but they require no use of Prayer. Also, 20 Boots will require about 20k Kills right? EDIT: Zamorak Mages is going to be too much of a hastle. Ideally i would like to camp there for atleast 16 D Boots at a time before banking and its going to be quite impossible at Zammy Mages. So now the question is: Ranged or Melee at Sara Mages?
  6. "Yeah, i'm going for 99". Premature ejaculation if you ask me. Alot of people (including myself at one stage) don't realise how much time it actually takes to get a 99 in certain skills, heck in all skills even. Sure when you reach level 80 or 90 you might look close to 99 on level basis but on Exp basis you aren't even halfway. Most people who say they are going for 99 end up doing something else after 3 or 4 levels. People should learn to take it as it comes. Level at a time. If you keep telling yourself you want that 99 its going to take longer (or atleast feel like its taking longer). When it comes to guides....well there really isnt much to say. "1 - 99 Hunter in 3 Weeks". I think they writer neglected to say "1-99 Hunter in 3 Weeks (Please note that in order to do this you will have to switch off all contact to the outside world)" What i'm trying to say is that Guides dont make skills easy. They pretend to make them easy. Alot of the guides out there are very inacurate. Exp or Money rates arent right. There's not enough proof to back it up. And i do believe the cape has some small role in it too. I myself would want a Summoning cape just because i like the looks of it. But like i said, take it easy. Each level at a time. This game is supposed to be something you do in the spare time of your life, when youve got nothing else to do. Not the other way around.
  7. Statement in red is FALSE. While the worlds are all over populated you cant really get the exp the guide suggests you would. Ankou are a far better option. 2x - 3x as much profit at about 40k exp an hour less. I would suggest these over anything else. Based on these statements: Armored Zombies: 80k xp, 100k gp hourly Ankou: 40k xp, 200k-300k gp hourly Assuming OP can get 500k gp at Green Dragons (not a hard feat - I can get 800k-900k hourly there nowadays), which is also 26k experience hourly. Say you trained at ankou for 10 hours: you got 400k xp, and 2.5m coins. 4 hours at green dragons: 130k xp, and 2m coins. 4.6 hours at armored zombies: 370k xp, and 462k coins. Ankous aren't worth killing. You make the same amount of money and coins in less time with a combination of green dragons and armored zombies. Lets keep the boredom factor in mind. The point is to do soemthing fun for a 99. Its supposed to be a game, not work. Spending 4hours at Green dragons will be very very boring. Oh and green dragons are alot more exp. I can get 36k exp in 44 Minutes there. Oh and you worked on 80k exp an hour at his levels? LOL. I doubts he's gonna get that. Looking at 70k max will be a better assumption.
  8. Trying to make a Banner for my Aviansies guide. So far this is what i came up with. Any Ideas on how i can make it a bit more atractive?
  9. In the long run a greater ammount of money is going to mean alot more than a few hours saved. Why not just do what everyone else always suggests "Zombie Monkey and then spend the time saved making money". I just see it as a waste of time to make money with maxed melee if you could have made the same ammount of money in the same ammount of time doing something that more profitable but slower exp. I hope you get what im trying to say?
  10. Oh, and i forgot to say. I started Ankou at about 90str and 85 Attack and managed to get upto 70k exp an hour if i put my mind to it. I'm sure with maxed melee i could easily get close to 100k an hour.

  12. 33 Pikes and 1 Redberry Pie should do the trick.
  13. Hah, they were actually 19.3m not too long ago. Anyway, give it another week or two. I'm guessing its gonna fall to about 3m or so. And yes, for miners serious about getting 99 its the perfect item to have. Will speed things up in the longrun.
  14. Probably th wrong Forum but how do i change the name if a guide in the General Guides section?
  15. A large section on Void has been added. Pictures of inventories and setups will be added real soon. Let me know if you spot any mistakes please.
  16. I gave my thoughts on the List. My replies are in Red, obviously.
  17. To be honest, you should do Aviansies till 95 and then Chin the rest of they way. With 99 Ranged, Void and no Ranging Potions i manage to get between 180 and 195 Kills an hour (My best was 201 kills in one hour). I kill the level 83's, 71's and 69's so the avarage HP lvl is 72. Thats about 288 Exp per Aviansie. If you subtract 38 Exp for damage delt by other NPC's you get 250 Exp per Aviansie. At 180 Aviansies an hour you get atleast 45k exp an hour. With an avarage drop of 3.5k that ends up in 630k Money an hour. If you use Ranging Potions aswell as 10% Ranging Boost Prayer you could easily get upto 230 Kills an hour putting you at 57k Exp an hour and 800k Money an hour. I have no way to prove this to you but feel free to come watch me for an hour if you don't believe me ;) Why is this the best way? Because doing this stops you from wasting 30m - 40m on a skill that can make you 75m with a bit of patience. Here's a picture of the best possible Aviansies Setup. Note that i have no God Items. They really are not needed as all the NPCs go unagressive after 15 minutes or so. Also, i use the DFS instead of Unholy Book for the great Defense it offers. If you don't want to spend the money on a DFS then get a Obsidian Shield or a Granite Shield. Replace the Rune Crossbow with Obsidian Rings or Rune/Dragon Darts for an even better result (Note that this will eat some of your profit, but not much of it). Just a short explination of how i manage to get so many kills an hour. The Purple dot (Lvl 69) gets attacked by a Vampire and Gorak, so that speeds up the kill alot. The Blue dot (Lvl 71) gets attacked by various Bandos Followers also speeding up the kill. The Black dot (Lvl 89) often wanders as indicated by the black line making it easy to attack him without moving too much. The Red dot (Lvl 89) and Brown Dot (Lvl 83) is in the area where you should be standing. These two can be attacked without moving too much. The Green dot(Lvl 69) also often wanders into your range of fire so it can be attacked without moving alot. Those are the 6 Aviansies you should focus on, with your main focus on the Purple, Red and Brown dots. There is also 1 Aviansie just beyond the Green dot and another Just beyond the Purple dot which also wanders into your range every now and then. They are Lvl 69 and 71. They speed up your Kill Count as well.
  18. this doesn't improve the value of the drop though. "Most profitable" means which one will give you the most money. That means Armadyl. You spend 400k on an Arma and Sara setup. You get 5 kills with Sara and get a Hilt, you get 3 Kills with Kree and get a Hilt. Armadyl is still the most Profitable because you spent the same ammount of money on the setup but you recieved a 90m drop instead of a 70m drop. That means Arma is 20m more profitable. Even with only 85 Ranged.
  19. Crafting isn't one on of the skills i'm fond of training due to the costs related to it. If i remember correctly though, i can get about 60k Crafting exp an hour using Superglass Make without Mousekeys. This seems like a fair rate for me. Anyhow, is this the only way of Crafting for Profit? Are there any other methods i might not know about? I'm not going to care about the Magic exp since i'll only start this after 99 Magic. I just want to start looking at options.

  21. Ohh, i can't really help you there. I'm going to have to take guesses on all of them (and i'm bad at guessing).
  22. Most profitable would ofcourse be Armadyl. Easiest to profit from would be Bandos due to the ammount of Masses and the easiness of the kill.
