Pest Control, spending on the points on mage as you will make money on the gp you get each win and is very efficient.

Dont forget firemaking for agility #-o

Check the urns for snakes then loot in your two highest rooms, the lower theiving level you are you may also want to consider doing 3 rooms. Also check chest in each room.
