Its almost impossible to make money off herblore unless your getting your own herbs/seconds or both. At your level i would recommend collecting your own herbs really as you can sell on the unids, or keep them for when you level up.

You can try mining on brimhaven, or if you have done between a rock quest try mining in the their. If you are f2p best place is probably craft guild if you can get in.

Are you weilding a dramen staff/lunar staff?

You can sell iron ore for 100 ea at least.

Surely food is becoming more and more obselete except when facing very high level monsters, as most people who can afford to buy lots of sharks are now resorting to using guthans instead.

What would the point be, why not just make a looter, as you'd only be getting what other people have looted.

I think you're underestimating the amount left, as many/most of the phats in the game may not be in circulation being traded or staked, and will be on other accounts.

You dont have to keep on going back every day to keep your approval rating up, its only advisable if your using you workers to collect things as the higher your approval the more efficient your workers are. In which case keeping it high is useful so just check it on every so often at most once a day and help them out.
