B - Considering the fact that the max xp on floor 35 with 35 prestige is roughly 57k xp, which can be done within 1 hour, accounting for the lower levels done for prestige, I am guessing it averages something near 40k xp/h. But - There is supposedly a batch 2 coming out, perhaps it will change. So far - No one has managed to reach 120 Dungeoneering, thus it's technically the rarest item yet.

Irritating players always existed and will continue to exist on a daily basis, nothing can really be done about that. But in all seriousness - I'm going to echo what String said, irritating players are more emphasised and remembered than friendly players. Why would you ever notice the level 60 who hops? And why wouldn't you remember the level 138 who continually killsteals your monster that you are competing against? All boils down to the same old thing, really. It's still the internet. Oh - And the real most uncommon thing in RuneScape currently is the 'true skill mastery' cape of Dungeoneering, at the moment. Because 104m xp in a skill that maxes around 40k xp/h is so fun.

These debates are like whip vs godsword, but not quite. The difference in speed of Whip vs Gs is 1.2 seconds, or 2 game ticks. The difference between speed of Rapier vs Longsword is 0.6 seconds, or 1 game tick. The difference in accuracy is 30, and 19 strength bonus. Having no spreadsheets/equations on hand, I don't know which one will be better. I just consider the Longsword a 'fast gs', the maul as a 'stronger gs' and the rapier as a stronger and more accurate whip.

Gordon Brown is still the Prime Minister, he's stepping down as the leader of his party when they elect a new leader, which won't be for a few months yet. He's still serving his country whilst the talks continue though. He's a good man and is doing the right thing, unforunately he's just an ineffective politican. Your right. He cannot just resign. That would put the Gov. in even more turmoil. He is in charge of the labour party until they elect a new leader within themselves. It is a good step in increasing the chances of a Lib-Lab coalition. If Clegg has any sense, he will not go with the conservatives. They are almost complete opposites in what they want. But you have to also think - Lib-Lab still doesn't form a majority, if Conservatives decide to vote against any laws they try to pass, they're pretty much screwed.
