  1. Okay, let me ask you something first, what defines the meaning of a boss monster? Do other bosses have multiple spawns? That being said, it is also important to note that multiple spawns would mean more hilts coming into the economy, and there is little exiting the game (except PvP, but everyone pro's item, rarely people lose a godsword) thus making the 'destroyed' economy worse. I personally dislike the idea of multiple boss rooms (of the same boss...) tbh, it would eventually lead to economical breakdown where every Gwd item would crash, hard. Godswords being extremely powerful weapons already, when it crashes to a state of disrepair, other weapons (and armour) would be more likely to fall with it, leading onto other... unpredictable things.
  2. You can always sell it and buy something else.... since you don't play that much, perhaps merchant more? An ss has limited uses, the whip and rune defender beats it in most combat situations. It's hard to think of a use for such a training item, if you don't play long enough to train...
  3. Gah, trying to think about it is hard.... I will have to edit this post soon. I say it's wrong, but there needs to be a solution to it, not just everyone agreeing 'oh it's wrong, it's soooo wrong'
  4. I personally don't see how it would benefit wbming too much, the pro's would be that in a crowded place like the GE, it would be alot easier to report a autotyper. The con's... well, I couldn't see any cons tbh, rule breaking is not allowed and it would be re-enforced better, I really don't see how wbming will be easier...
  5. Once all quests have been completed, with around 50 all stats (easy ones, not like rc), then switching to members is fine, but ultimately it's dependant on the goals you've set yourself. In P2P, a extremely hard F2p achievement will be an 'easy' skill. Questing (with guides ofcourse, no, a new member will find it hard to do them without) is the best way to get yourself familiar with skills. That being said, to summarise, it really depends on one's goals in RuneScape.
  6. The concept is cool, but won't the whole game need revamping too? I mean, the skillcape emotes are frankly quite boring and everyone who has the same cape does the same emote... hey... why not add a more realistic avatar too.... think of the possibilities! Sarcasm aside, it would be too much of an update to do, if animations were to change, players would demand JaGex to change alot more than just death animations.... Right now, I don't agree we should have better animations, with places like Soul Wars with 1k people in a relatively small area, the lag will be horrible, why else did JaGex change the barrage animation?
  7. Power Creep, happens in many many games. The combat triangle is slightly disfunctional, I agree, and I do think there is far too many overpowered weapons. However, there needs to be a solution. Sure, mage can't hit high, but what about it's abilities to stack hits and farcast, not to mention the fact that it can heal hitpoints, freeze people for about 8 rounds of combat and hit multiple enemies? Any experienced mage can 1v1 a Warrior easily, killing him without taking a single hit, but it contains alot of risk. Too much of RuneScape is about high hits, accuracy should come into play more noticably. Imo, the solution can be to make all combat styles have a very accurate weapon/spell, yet a lower max hit, perhaps a small nerf on Dclaws too >.>. Changing how the combat system works has alot of problems for JaGex, how do they do it? Do they - choose the option to make better items, helping to 'destroy' the economy more, and if so, how is the item going to enter the game? JaGex could choose items entering the game through a quest, but that won't serve all combat styles. JaGex could make high level monsters drop the item, but the economy is in a state of breakdown thanks to the stupid merchants -.-. Overall, there is no simple solution to 'fix' the combat triangle, you have to consider speed accuracy and max hits, decreasing melee hits may cause a giant uproar to those who are bosshunters that melee. Since RuneScape is not just about PvP, there are more people affected than you'd think... like the way that PvP dropping the Dfh's makes Mith Hunters out of a job....
  8. From another similiar topic which I spent 10 minutes thinking up things new, these are the 'about 1 year+ things', If you don't know about Gwd ('God Wars Dungeon', look it up) and Barrows (the armour, not the minigame) already... you've got alot to learn (look them up, I am too tired to write any more):
  9. Dragon dagger hits crap all the time, whilst Dclaws can Ko as long as you hit 2 25+'s, because a 25 WILL double into a 50 hit, not hard to do with 90+ att and str.... Dds for pvm, dclaws for pvp. 'nuff said.
  10. Banned for proving yourself to be a hypocrite with the small writing.
  11. Wish I can answer... wait, what are your melee stats? If they are in the 90's and you have piety and salve e.... you can always kill az's for 100k xp (profitable if you want) per hour.... It's extremely costly to chin it up, so uhmmmm, if you want to be a high level main, then train at armoured zombies, if you want to be a range tank, be a sw/pc product.
  12. You can always use the money to turn your pure into a main, if that's what you want, but I doubt that.... I actually suggest you buy some good gear to train and make money with tbh. Maybe invest in some fallen items as they are on the rise atm.... like the SS, the overpriced best str training toy. Until you hit 30m mark, you won't have alot of good gear with only 15m.
  13. Ice barrage vs Rock Lobster, there you have it.
  14. EDIT - Damn, I never realised how annoying I was 2 years back. I'll retype it up but it's already quoted >.<
  15. I pressed Preview but my mouse slipped and submitted it instead -.-
  16. You're getting 140 hides and bones per hour. Wow, either you're very very efficient or you're in a world with literally no people, I just touch that mark in the Chaos Tunnels! O.O
  17. I heard stuffz about maging Aviansies... Oh and don't mage dragons, they are EXTREMELY resistant to magic I heard... Why else would you splash alot on DRAGONhide?
  18. The top row of colors aren't alligned with the rest? That, and isn't it princely vest, although im probably wrong. That it says 'Princely Best' instead of 'Princely Vest'
  19. "You say that one more time and ill drop ur ss" (That's what I recall, the spelling isn't perfect) 'I'll drop your ss', hmmm, account sharing or something? Sounds like it.
  20. [hide=]He's wearing full Armadyl with a Sara GodSword and a Zammy stole (cape-thing from the treasure trails), a fury and Bandos Boots. He then proceeds to kill a few higher-leveled Aviantese, and once those have been finished off, he then turns around, attacks my Aviansie level-73, and KOs it. Yes, you read correctly, killed it in one hit![/hide] I'll reiterate; it's simply not possible to melee Aviansies. I think it would be in the community's best interests to correct this error in the article.
  21. [hide=]I kill Aviantese (or "Aviansies") as people sometime refer to them. I love parking there for a week at a time, getting a KC of over 1k. In fact, it's one of my favorite things to do on RS at the moment. As I am always short on cash (I skill a lot), and play very few hours a week, Aviantese provide a very good income. My (and many other players') problem is simply "KS". These two letters hold so many feelings in them - scorn, insult, anger, feelings on injustice, self-righteousness, and sometimes even denial. It may be a player of any and all levels, who suddenly appears, likely after a bad experience on crowded worlds, and starts shooting the same NPC you're training on at the moment. Usually, it's an honest mistake, and the simple word "off" lands you peace & quiet, and often an apology, too, but sometimes it's not. When you come across lower-level users, this may be forgivable, as you can easily best them and they give up fast. I am writing to you today to share an ongoing torture: a very high leveled player, maybe even as high as 136-8, may log in near you, with a better armor by an order of 6 at least (6 times better armor), and you, who has little money, certainly not enough for a GodSword, find yourself battling a player who (on one occasion) can KO an Aviansie. Now, as I said, I am not completely without sin, and have, in the past, done the same to players who annoyed me, but never for more than one kill.[/hide] It appears as though the author lacks knowledge about the game, and she has seemingly fabricated a story about an alleged 'KSer'. The author claims that she was 'KS'd' by someone using a Godsword at Aviansies - which is erroneous, as it's impossible to use melee attacks on them. If those errors were corrected, it would be a good read.
  22. No support, it's basically giving losers a kick in the crotch which isn't needed. Maybe a red message in replacement to the current crappy one but not a giant black screen -.-. Oh, and think about what happens when you lag whilst in the screen, what would happen?
  23. The idea is good, I would love this for boss hunting especially because if you're shooting diamond e's and have a full inv, you got to destroy/drop an item which requires a bit of time, so I support. This should be a accumulator only affect though..... maybe a message "Your Ava's device makes a strange chugging noise. It has attracted your arrows into your quiver!" or something like that >.>
  24. Do the following things: Defender of Varrock, Get 70 Prayer, Do King's Ransom, Do Haunted Mine, Do Tarn's Lair. Now - Kill Armoured Zombies until you are 90 melee's and kill Waterfiends for Charms (Summon xp tbh) and Greens for cash \ I MADE THE EDIT ABOUT WATERFIENDS GIVING SLAYER XP, I MEANT SUMMON :x
  25. Offtopic but to Inuashakent: He wants 88, he doesn't have 88 for the pony, so epic facepalm -.-.
