  1. It is not! lol. I think it's the finest lookin' outfit I ever wore or saw.
  2. haha nice. I got 99 att and str at the same time and Defence just a little bit before them (I fought controlled from 70-99 the entire way with whip.)
  3. 4 pics P.S. Rate this outfit ^^ For those wondering, you get about 150k Exp per hour Stringing Gold ammies and it costs about 50M to get 80-99 Mage.
  4. By best I mean 'where can I find the most Ivy with the least amount of people?' I'm currently at Yanille and it's okay but there are usually like 4 people here and I just wanted to make sure there wasn't any better place. P.S. Should I try the Sawmill? I have a Crystal Saw.
  5. I made a fairly simple calculator to help with finding good buy/sell prices for flipping items. So far, from what I've heard from people who have used it, it's working very well. One guy joined my cc today and told me he went from 15m to 23m in 7 days just from using this. I'd gladly embed the calculator here but the downside is that it doesn't work on this Forum, but you can see it on my Blog (it's on the bottom of the page).
  6. It could just be because I don't have access to edit your spreadsheet, but it looks like you just typed the prices in instead of putting in the code thing, You're right, he didn't type any data retrieval formulas in; you could've confirmed it by going to formula view. I retried and it appears to be working now... Btw i tried getting the top 100 most traded list from rs database onto a spreadsheet but it didn't work, can anyone help me out with that? EDIT: okay I got it all figured out and the spreadsheets are awesome, thanks :)
  7. I followed the directions exactly and I got the data, but it doesn't update the prices automatically - they're the same as they were 2 days ago even though GE updated. Does anybody know why? Here's link to the spreadsheet if you wanna check it out for yourself. http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AvcoIS071M0MdEFyeGhVblhvbnZEZHJuNXdWcnJJcHc&hl=en
  8. It draws it's information automatically from the Grand Exchange as soon as it updates. Maybe the reason fruit bat pouches have the same profit is because they really do - did you check the Runescape Database to make sure? Well I did just now and it is in fact correct -.-.
  9. You can't take a familiar on the balloon. :/ you can, an update a few months ago changed that okay, i'll research some and probably edit the guide a little bit, thanks. Edit: so far, this is the best I can find on the subject - http://runescape.salmoneus.net/summoning_help.html It doesn't say how many you can do per hour, though, so I'll give it a test myself. P.S. i fixed the links - thanks for pointing out that they weren't working
  10. Table of Contents # 1.0 – Introduction # 2.0 – The Basics # 3.0 – Finding the Best Pouch # 4.0 – Tips & Tricks # 5.0 – Frequently Asked Questions __________________________________________________________________________ 1.0 – Introduction » In a previous post, I showed how you could make money by Swapping Pouches for Shards. Now I’m going to show you how to make money by Swapping Pouches for Scrolls. It takes more time to Swap Pouches for Scrolls than it does for Shards but, overall, it is more profitable; you’re guaranteed to gain 800K-2M per hour (depending on your Summoning lvl) when Scroll Swapping. <— 800k-2M per hour!! —> __________________________________________________________________________ 2.0 – The Basics » A Pouch can be swapped for 10 scrolls at any Summoning Obelisk as long as you have the Summoning level required to make the pouch. The value of the 10 scrolls is often greater than the value of the pouch; hence, you can make money by swapping the pouch for the scrolls and then selling the scrolls. Take for example: Bunyip Pouches - 68 Summoning is required to create the pouch so, likewise, 68 Summoning is what is required to swap it for scrolls. - The price of the Pouch is 2,105 gp (on 26 January 2010). The price of the 10 Scrolls you get by Swapping at an obelisk is 2,310 gp (see image below). Thus 355gp is gained for each pouch you exchange for Scrolls. - If you use the Kyatt method (see ‘Tips and Tricks’ below), you can do roughly 90 runs per hour of 28 pouches each, which comes out to 2520 pouches per hour. –> 355 gp per pouch X 2520 pouches per hour = 894,600 profit per hour <– __________________________________________________________________________ 3.0 – Finding the Best Pouch Obviously, you want to find the pouch that makes you the most money. Here’s how: 1. Open up Runescape Wiki’s Pouch –> Scrolls calculator in a new tab. 2. Look on the far right side of the page where it says profit/loss. 3. Choose the pouch which gains the most profit and don’t forget that it must be one which you have a high enough summoning level to swap. In the case above^ the best pouch would be Unicorn Stallion Pouches (that is, if you have 88 Summoning or higher) P.S. I have a spreadsheet on my blog that finds the best pouch for you automatically. I'd be glad to embed it here but it doesn't work so if you wanna see it you can go to the post on my blog. It's really very helpful. If you have a high summoning level, you can often find ones that’ll bring 800gp or more profit each, which adds up to around 2m profit per hour. __________________________________________________________________________ 4.0 – Tips and Tricks » When training Summoning, check if the pouches you’re creating are worth more in scrolls. If they are, then swap them for scrolls immediately after creating them. It takes up hardly any time and can significantly reduce the expenses of training Summoning. » As soon as you get 57 Summoning, start using the Kyatt to obelisk method to maximize the number or pouches you can do per hour. The method is simple: summon a Spirit Kyatt, use the teleport option and it will teleport you close to an obelisk, run to the obelisk (you have to go down a ladder), use the obelisk to swap the pouches for scrolls and, finally, use a ring of duelling to teleport to castle wars. Repeat this over and over and you can swap around 2,520 pouches per hour. __________________________________________________________________________ 5.0 – Frequently Asked Questions Q: Do you get any exp for Swapping Pouches for Scrolls? » A: Yes, but not much. Depending on the pouch you do, you’ll make anywhere from 1k-10k exp per hour. See Runescape Wiki for their complete list of how much exp you gain from swapping each pouch. __________________________________________________________________________ Credit goes to myself – TedBundty – and Runescape Wiki for their awesome calculators. ———–>Please see TedBundtys other Money Making Guides on his Blog <————
  11. Is it faster exp to get the horn and then do mining/agility exp or to keep training mining/agility/firemaking the normal way without spending the time to get the horn charged?
  12. I checked the system BIOS and I'm sure this computer doesn't have the ability to boot from a USB flash drive - it is fairly old, afterall. Do you know of any way (program or whatever) to get this computer the ability to boot from my USB Flash drive like my other computers can? It would be especially good if you knew of a way I could do it without having to install anything to my computer but rather to my USB flash drive so I can boot from any computer whether or not the computer has the ability. P.S. I know I could do it from a CD, but I wanna know if there's a way I can do without.
  13. Thanks. I do mostly solo merchanting, but I also run a small Cornering Clan (much different from Buyout Clans - other merchanters are the only people who lose money and it's because of their own stupidity lol).
  14. I got another 2 from Abyssal Demon task and still none from any other tasks lol
  15. I had a Dark Beast and Gargoyle assignment there and got no drops but I got 2 on my Abyssal Demon assignment. So maybe they drop them more often (maybe not though).
  16. Nice. I was gonna do that but i gave up when I had only mining, hunter and rc left lol. I'll do them someday though... maybe.
  17. What's wrong with merchants? NIce cashpile, planning on spending on something specific? 9/10 Well just got 99 Summoning w/it. Soon I'm gonna get 99 range then mage then prayer.... then I'll be done w/CB stats and just do the other waste-of-money skills.
  18. yea I just made another 20M today by solo merching, so it could be less than a week at this pace :P
  19. I don't have a CD burner lol... I tried the FreeMe and Fair4Use. FreeMe said it had some error when I tried to download and Fair4use said it wouldn't work for my version of WMP :s.
  20. Do any of you know of a completely free (not a trial or anything) DRM converter? I need to convert a bunch of protected WMP files to MP3s so I can put on my Ipod... Normal music converters don't work. I've gotten free trials before but they all only let you convert up to a minute and a half per song and I can't find any really free ones. Edit: I ended up just buying TuneBite... it was $20 but it gets the job done well. The best of the free ones really sucks... you press the "start" button then press play on each song, wait till it's done playing the press "stop" and then it records the sound and saves it as MP3 lol.
  21. Ya really, kids these days. I had a generic $5 pair that I picked up years ago, around the early to mid 90's I believe, and i didn't need to replace them til 2 years ago when my room mate stepped on them. Yeah, if you spend 1,500$ on ear phones that keep breaking you have a problem. I just buy 10$ crappy ones, they last for usually a year or so unless I lose them. Then if I have my bag with me I have a nice pair of Bose over-ear headphones. haha no I didn't pay $300 bucks for 'em... I'm not that stupid. I paid way less for them and I only bought 3 pairsof sony. before that I had my Apple earphones and then one other cheap pair and they all broke.
