I'm saying 90% of it is 12 year olds that either camp in the lift on Sword base or just run in front of an enemy, jump, dance, get shot in the face, and repeat the process. I've had very few good SWAT matches, and can't even say it's fun with people that you can actually speak to, because there's generally at least one heavy breathing 12 year old on your team. /rage.

I'd suggest playing SWAT, it pretty much forces you to learn how to headshot as a headshot is an outright kill. However, it is essentially 1 shot kills everywhere so may not help with consistent firing on a target. And the playerbase for that playlist isn't great.

I didn't mind. I completely enjoyed ODST and regard both its firefight and campaign above Reach's. (Not that the campaign takes much to beat.)

Sims on Facebook guys, you genuinely no longer need to go outside for social interaction in all it's forms. Including dancing and relationships according to the trailer Reckoning actually looks quite nice. As does overstrike.

I like the idea of the CE remake, but if it's a £40 game full release ala ODST I may pass till it gets cheaper. Halo 4? I'm really not sure what to think. Aside from the fact the trilogy ended outright with 3 and should have been left annoys me, but I know most of 343 are the ex bungie employees that made it great. Extremely cautious optimism from here on out.

Surely it would be impossible to check if these accounts had been DIY from the very start? And so those people may feel cheated as they still can't show them off properly. Secondly, with the new(ish) addition of free trade, surely a friend could just drop some items and let you pick it up, cheating the system? As the drop item mechanics are the same from players and monsters (Not drop tables, but the waiting around to see items spawn), meaning a new code would be needed to change this, or if not, just make it impossible to pick up items. The same applies for boss monster killing, where 3 people in FFA can make it so one of them recieves the drops all the time, and quite reliably too. You may have already thought about this, so i'd quite like to hear what you would do because the idea is actually very nice. Although chances are you'd just get a DIY cape rather than a name tag. (Which you'd have to make yourself). Also, you spelt "heart" as "heard" :)

How did it go?

Spec ops was fun for the first few missions. Then when you realise there's no replay factor and the joining online friends system didn't work half the time, it becomes terrible.

The game always manages to look impressive, but be disappointing. I'm sticking with renting it like I did with Black Ops. For £7 I can't really go wrong. Also, Special Ops was talked about in the Kotkatu leak article, so i'm guessing theres no zombies :( Out of interest though If they released zombies as an independent game, say on XBLA or steam as a mini-game rather than a proper game, would you buy it? Because I probably would. I don't want a left 4 dead campaign thing though, but so play something with friends, you can't go wrong with zombies.

1) Do a herb farming run every day. Or at lower levels (below 25) do allotments. It takes maybe 10 minutes and it can be both useful and profitable depending on what you farm. At any rate, most seeds are cheap/easy to get and the herb ones will help out a lot of players with low amounts of cash and herblore levels. If you aren't bothered about getting levels quickly but want it at some point, farm apple/banana/orange trees, they give a few thousand experience each and can easily be put into a daily farming run, yet it costs more to buy the plant pot than many of the seeds. It's almost 20k farming experience a day at no vitually no cost and in 15minutes. For trees and herbs. 2) Always do any quests you can.

It's a shame that a game can't survive on good/great gameplay alone isn't it? I'm sure it'll get plenty of coverage at E3 though, if thery're there..

I'll rent it simply for the decent single player storyline. Not a fan of the multiplayer.
