Heh that reminds me 1/2 of the surplus that I have is used to rearm the military (this is over a 10 year period mind you) while 3/4 of the other half of the surplus is used to promote key industries (ie steel manufacturing and pharmaceuticals etc.)

As for the incendiary dart idea I doubt if this is relevant but after a bit of experimentation I have found that I can throw and rather blunt dart through around an inch of plywood (well embed it fully).
