I'm pretty sure how many nests you get is a % of the number of logs cut, but i could be wrong. I've had most of my people on maples for 18 months or so getting roughly 40-50 nests total seeds/eggs/jewelery every week.

right i was thinking of when im done w/ str training and switch to whip, or the sara arrows right when goin into GWD etc those things

nice, right now i'm using zgs to train str, i know its not the fastest like ss/scim w/ defender but i have some fun with it :rolleyes: . I actually got some zammy and sara arrows from a clue scroll so score on that note :thumbsup:

I'm zeroing in on 83 slayer and just wondering the best set up for doing them. I remember reading about praying prot mage with prossy, slayer helm and choice of atk, mine being melee.. but is there any other strategies?

in general clues are ment to be fun, but not always a huge windfall. Its totally worth doing skeletal horror for the slayer and prayer exp alone, the chance for elite clues is just gravy. I haven't got an elite clue from him since my first time killing him after the quest 4 weeks ago so theres always that randomness too.

Well i got my first effigy from a desert strikewyrm task, got everything to the 97 assist and its rc. I talked with grimy bunyip already and he can only do up to 95 :( If anyone can gimme an assist plz msg me in-game, I'll be slaying or doing herb runs most of the night. Thanks!

Yeah i am 127 but i need 70 Agility to use the shortcut and i only have 53 agility. thats taverly and blues your thinkin of Gorg :oops:

ok guys i used lobs from 72-81 then swordies to mid way through 91, then monks to 94 and sharks all the way to 99. even then 72-91 took me 5 days and then i took a break for a couple weks then went back and got 99 in another 4 or so. costwise if you buy raw and then sell the cooked the loss isnt that bad lemme get some numbers up, sharks are not this huge loss they seem to be the raws cost more so it just looks worse then it is. costs from ge as of 2009-05-05 raw sword: 428 cooked sword: 394 loss per: 34 raw monk: 343 cooked monk: 306 loss per: 37 raw shark: 936 cooked shark: 980 each GAIN per: 44 wo look at that cooking sharks is now gaining money :lol: though thats prolly some merch clan but wow i lost around 1mil or so on sharks soooooooo yea sharks @ 94 or just do some research Edit: of course always use the cooking gaunts, and i was working with a cash pile of maybe 4mil while i was goin for 99 form 91 so dont panic, buy for the next lv then sell etc

figured as much there, and its 8 weeks of boot camp for the NAVY (dun get shot at on a boat whereas you most likely will in the desert) then lots of training for my job,and i should have some computer time just not sure how much so might be able to mtk after boot at least in the comp lab on base, or my own comp if i wanna pay for cable.... off topic: any other thoughts on what to invest in? i have an ss, whip, zerk ring and roughly 3mil cash

well now im checking mtk this week and as some people might have read, i'm leaving for USA Navy boot camp on Tuesday ( :ohnoes: )and don't know when ill be able to log in again. wanted to know if i should load up my mtk coffers or drain them etc what would be the best bet there? already did penguins and tears this week so those types of things are handled there anything else i should wrap up or maybe invest in before i go? anything is appreciated and thank you all to the community here @ TIF you guys rock :thumbsup: \ =D>

well they replenish some run energy and a small amount of hitpoints, theyre used sometime for sara gwd solos or fight caves places u need to run a lot and dun wanna use terrorbird or super energies, they are tradable so you just found a boon there on top of yer uber drops last week \ =D> edit: they're from clue scrolls

elite black armor is the same stats as rune but less crush defence hmm i remember comparing them right after doin WGS and said huh these are better nice ... but ill compare again.... but yea drags = money zombies = exp bandits r ok but any type of grinding is just that-grinding take a break every now and again for something else i'm all over the place cause im leavin for boot camp in a week :ohnoes:

all quests r worth it in the long run, between the initial rewards and unlocking features like zombies, or salve ammy, or areas etc u might as well just do quests as u go along. personally i never really did gren dragons that much but exp wise they cant be great or consistant with all the banking. while the zombies are fairly consistant because u only have to bank when you run outta bunyips or u run outta b2p tabs whichevr your using. a good setup for zombies would be either prossy top and legs or rune plate+legs neitz helm salve (e) whip + rune def or sara sword (godswords totally suck for training, too slow) barrows gloves warrior or zerker ring skill cape, fire cape. lengends cape w/e inv should be 1 s str and atk (s def too if your lv is low) summon pot couple extra bunyips pouches or b2p tabs depending on lvs and a few back up monks just in case u get hit too hard for yip to keep up with, with b2p u collect bones they drop OR theres a boatload just around the altar just watch for revs now i just tried goin to tank in prossy and couldnt so went back to my usual rune plate and elite blk legs (yes theyre better then rune and almost same price now \ )

np just be careful of revs getting there, then when the warriors arent agressive anymore and u gg out to wildy again, i died there and lost my salve awhile ago and got really mad :wall: #-o

ahaha funny steel dragons sure in bizzaro world maybe.... :thumbdown: umm armored zombies have an ok drop rate of planks and rune ess... summers warriors (spirit realm of the axe hut high wild) are good exp with salve like zombies and drop decent alch'ables not sure what else, dusties r a good option as well but steel drags exp is just.... wrong edit: and yea ankous r ok exp and drop tons of death runes

I did that after dying (twice) during Desert Treasure.... (I foolishly tried to melee Dessous and Damis' second form) I've psyched myself out of doing contact for a while its true! I'll give it a try. note that i DID melee all of DT just got uber lucky cause i was like 85 combat at the time mwahaha just bring or *cough* make your own tuna potatoes supersets etc jsut be prepared like anything else. and yea i had 66 smithing and used 200k of my WGS reward so i could do rocking out and get my damn cape... did summers end wgs and rocking out in space of um 2-9pm that day O_O gettin the beast into the cave is the hardest part :wall: :wall: :wall:

yea ME2 is a pain but bring the TB pouches and scrolls, dun bring too much stuff either and just pray, i died to the dumb spirits my first time after fallin off the damn handholds soooo many times, make sure yer agi lv is ok and just hope and pray on those >_< and yea buy yer death tally. don't psyche yourself out about quests either, i didnt do Contact for the longest time because i thought itd be hard or dangerous w/e but was soooooo simple and the bank in soph and keris on kalphites is uber \

witchwood icon blk mask/slayer helm basic slayer gear... fury, wealth or zerker ring and prolly about 85% of the time their atk is mage based so dhide but pray melee like kinda bloodvelds and a few others... good luck with some blk masks 600k ftw :lol: \
