  1. I told them I wasn't crazy, but they didn't believe me. :ohnoes:
  2. Before my operation After my operation
  3. moar lol
  4. Because they're making a point. An edgy point. Meh, whatever. They're just being babies, it's still the MW2 thread to me. This So I was on cod4 today, entered 15 games, played 3 the rest where host disconnects before the match started or rage quits early in the game. I had fun running in fear from every dead body, being spawn camped only to spawn someplace else where ill be spawn camped again(reminds me of old times in mw2) oh and last game I did pretty well untill the enemy team called in a helicopter that killed me 7 times as I spawned. Did I mention the juggernaut/martyrdom/spawncamp/3xfrag fest that is wetwork or the maps so small you can spam granades into a spawn area and pick up kills? Cod4 is just as broken as mw2, just less tools to couter the broken things....
  5. edit: on the last pic theres an invisible guy about to shoot you Nope, its a dead guys gun
  6. Bored so I decided to get a nuke on san andreas lol [spoiler=lotsa pictures, lotsa lag] Harriers Our Ac130 is in the air. Hah! Stupid enemy Killstreaks. Freaking Ballas and their heat stinger missiles. I'm the first and only person to ever nuke grove street .
  7. lol anything else :P Don't you just love it when you get lucky and this happens?
  8. Blue/red dragons metals (although they suck) Barrows gives you lots of runes using battle robes. Idk about abby demons personally, but they're weak to magic apperantly Rex is a very bad idea in battle robes, your better off with veracs/bandos/guthix for ranged defence/prayer bonus/healing. Not to mention you barely need magic attack to kill rex. I'd recommend barrows for money and red/blue dragons for xp.(fire surge breaks even with a sol and no battle robes, so you might make a bit of profit)
  9. I dont think 1 level difference makes THAT much difference, maybe if you were ~120. OT: Who gives a damn? its common courtesy. I was solo'ing the KBD the other day when a 132 logged in near me. I thought "Oh crap, hes going to crash" instead he said "oh its being killed. bye" and world hopped. That is a player I can respect for the sake of him using common courtesy. Last I checked, Runescape was about co-operation (to a degree), not survival of the fittest. Its pixels for gods sake, not a war against North Korea. KBD worlds are easy to find, other things such as green dragon worlds are not easy. Greens/ect are ok to compete over as they're always packed. But when your training on something that only takes a little time to find an empty world, why stick around for less xp,cash and more strife?
  10. In other news, this decent xp for combat mage?
  11. After a few years, I finally remembered my first pure's password. What should I do with it?
  12. I stopped trying to explain this a while back, people just cant deal with advantages and disadvantages. All I remember from cod4 is running from every body, pumping people with a full clip's worth of ammo, that [bleep]ing chopper killing me every 3 seconds and the crappy inaccurate RPG supplied as an anti air weapon. On another note, I used to hate OMA tubers, but now they just pick the same spots to set up, leaving them open to my sniper fire most of the time. OMA hunting is almost as fun as hunting nuke boosters.
  13. you best b trollin.
  14. That's a bad example.. Think of it like claws special making magic & range fire at half the speed, and then offering to take away the fact it slows down magic. Melee shouldn't really have anything that reduces the effectiveness of a mage (d-hide is hybrid not melee) and so mage shouldn't really have something of that effect against range. In this case magic was given an edge against a triangle type is supposed to be weak against. The only reason its not overpowered is because the spells and staff are so expensive to use, so its not widely a thread. It would be a good idea to change miasmic spells to melee only, thus making them a 100% chance to make melee fire at half the speed. At the moment, each spell is a 50% chance to slow ranged and 50% chance to slow melee. Removing range wouldn't really hurt anything as mages are supposed to get trashed by range anyways. Back at the time there was no 25%+ damage bonus for magic, miasmic spells cutting out range speed was ok! But now that damage has been increased the spells have become OP'd slightly. It is not something that needs changed immediately, but if power is increased more than it currently is, there could be a larger balance problem with miasmic spells. EDIT: I would actually like to see Jagex take advantage of some of these opportunities and change around some specials or add new ones. A range special that knocked the staff out of your hands into your inventory or a magic special that did that to melee weapons would be VERY powerful but not be overpowered since they are triangle based. The problem I have with d hide on meleers is the fact that dragonhide reduces a mages offence AND defence, as magical offence is your primary defence. With other situations, you only loose/gain one advantage or disadvantage from using another class's armor. A ranger can tank a meleer, but he will hit with lower accuracy. A mage can do the same to a ranger, but will have even more trouble than the ranger. But when a meleer equips hides, a rangers defence against mages, they've just gained an offensive and defensive advantage. Don't get me wrong, freezes will stop a meleer after a few casts, but the damage done will eventually end up higher than it really should be. A mage in range armor can easily freeze a meleer. Who is also in range armor? And why on earth would a mage wear range armor.

  16. Play ground war.
  17. Dragon defender Because melee can never have enough toys.
  18. This is lame as well, random insta deaths are stupid. But then again, safing is a little less stupid in P2p. Even if they safe like nutjobs you still have a fighting chance at a KO. i see much more damage reducing armor in the future And I see more powerfull weapons in the future. Same jagex cycle.
  19. That's awesome :D Why do I get such good drops and then I can't use them? why do i hate you all of a sudden? [/hide]Are they rare or something? Only for me...... Only for me
  20. That's awesome :D Why do I get such good drops and then I can't use them? why do i hate you all of a sudden?
  21. Thing is, I still don't see how this fix was necessary.
  22. I find the name of the quest in relation to the climbing boots update kind of funny.
  23. You do know the only way to get rid of cancer like that is to abstain from that sort of behavior in the first place, otherwise you're going to cause someone else to use these tactics. The cycle continues. You're also just as bad and a hypocrite, telling him that and then telling him to resort to knifing. What kind of advice is that? As in knifing without commando Still bad. How is that bad? It's just using stealth, people did the same thing in cod4.
  24. Yes, the effect if you combine a Staff of Light with battle robes is 50%. But on top of that, any time the staff does not save your runes, the robes themselves will still have their usual chance of saving you any mind, chaos, death or blood runes making the rune saving ability 65%. But there are still problems in PvM... we can't combine a hexcrest or full slayer helm with battle robes. The set effect only lasts for 6000 casts before it needs recharging while ava's accumulator doesn't need to be recharged. And magic potions need a change in my opinion. It only boosts our level by 5 levels so we have to repot almost every minute to maintain a good hit. And most bosses have a ridiculous high magic defence. And we spend so many inventory spaces for runes. A good solution for these issues would be if we could combine a battle robe hood with a hexcrest or full slayer helm. Or change the way the set effect works. Make the rune saving ability 50% instead of 65% if we don't wear a battle robe hood. This way, we'll have a max hit that is on par with Melee and still be cost efficient on most slayer tasks. The robes could have a permanent effect but will require a higher amount of tokens to be purchased. Or make them last longer before they need recharging. Normal magic potions should boost your Magic level by 15 levels with a 1% increase on your max hit for every boosted level. You still won't be able to cast higher levelled spells that aren't within 5 levels of your Magic level. Or they could remove that ability completely. Extreme magic potions and Wolpertingers boost your level by 17 levels. This way we won't have to repot all the time. And finally, release a pouch (possibly from Dungeoneering) that can store your runes. It can be equipped in the ammo slot. Slayer masters should provide their own version of battle robes that go with the Slayer helm. I personally have no problem with battle robes, but they just don't last long enough and take a while to recharge. As for the magic potion issue, Jagex can fix that by simply making all the potions drop their boosts in the same time. Someone using a magic potion should have their level drop to normal in the same amount of time a melee user has his levels dropped to normal. Just my 2 pennies
