Hi, I've recently restarted playing runescape. And with the update of a good staff = 10% bonus hits on ALL combat spells... Does that mean even the mind rune spells get a +10% bonus? I know it's completely negligible, as the 10% addition means nothing when the spell hits under 10 But would they? ALL spells get the bonus, correct? It's just boggling me a little, not worth a thread, just a question. Edit: I like the new look of the forums, by the way.
