  1. Personally I think it was a good idea but that's my honest opinion. Temple Of Ikov-Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=36
  2. OK Here goes, bought the Zuriel's Staff Corrupted, just hope the images are good enough to include into the guide. They look rather grainy even though I did change them all into PNG's instead Of JPEG's. They aren't exactly the best images I have ever taken, but I was trying on moving monsters instead of a standing person. Miasmic Rush (Level 61) Miasmic Burst (Level 73) Hopefully these might help :) EDITED: Personal my favourites are the two guards with the Miasmic Rush EDITED: Personally I forgot all about Miasmic Barrage (Level 97 Magic Required), even though I'm only 79magic at the moment in time
  3. Yeah I did mean pictures of the staves in action (sorry if there was any confusion there), Think I'm going try and buy one of the staves now even though they are quite costly but it's worth a try. I will just have to experiment a while until I get it spot on. Thanks for the help
  4. I didn't see how heavy it was lol, 17Kg
  5. EDITED: Sorry in advance if this thread I have posted has been placed in the wrong section of the forums Thought I would do some research into the pools around the area of Oo'glog. I have also gave information about relevant shops in and around the area and what these certain shops sell. Most Western Pool-Bandos, Stops you from being attacked in the Bandos God Wars Dungeon for one hour, wears off after the one hour is up. Western Pool-Sulphur Spring, Raises your Prayer points +8, this disappears normally when using your prayer Northern Pool-Salt Water Spring, Gives you unlimited run energy for a certain amount of time, the time depends on how high/low your agility level is Eastern Pool-Thermal Bath, Cures poison&disease and temporarily increases your hit-points level to +16 but this decreases without even being attacked. Note the hit-points level increase may be slightly different depending on your hit points level Most Eastern Pool-Mud Bath, temporarily increases your hunter level by +8, this however does wear off within time. The salon south of the town gives facial to costumers who aren't wearing anything on there head if you ask 'Muggh' Wasn't really sure if the Salon did sell ogre wigs or not, this is also true. Speaking to 'Kringk' the person giving the goblin what seems like a haircut, this ogre will sell you an ogre wig for the price of 50gp. These ogre wigs can be sold at The general store by right clicking trade 'Chargurr' north-east of the bank sells unlimited of the following items: Raw Rat Meat Raw Beef Raw Bear Meat Raw Chicken Meat Raw Rabbit Meat Raw Bird Meat Cooked Meat Cooked Chicken Cooked Rabbit[/color] The player stock for this shop has 0 in stock as the default also sells/buys the following items: Skewered Rabbit Roast Rabbit Cooked Rabbit Raw Chompy Skewered Chompy Cooked Chompy Raw Jubbly Raw Oomlie Skewered Bird Meat Roast Bird Meat Raw Beast Meat Skewered Beast Meat Roast Beast Meat Talking to Frawd at the general store west of the Bank, he sells unlimited of the following items in the Main Stock: Tinderbox Ogre Arrow Cooked Chompy Feather Bronze Hatchet Rope Empty Pot Bucket Hammer Knife Ogre Kilt Ogre Top Ogre Boots The player stock has a default of 0 items in stock and will buy all the following above and these following items: Diseased Kebbit Fur Davy Kebbit Hat Ogre Wig Ogre Club If you leave the west side of the city entrance and head south-east you will find a spot where you can catch your very own little hunting ground. Here you can catch Wimpy Birds and Diseased Kebbits. Or if you have the requirement of 10 summoning you can own your very own Platypus as a pet which will follow you around. Well that's all I have to say about the area in and around Oo'glog. Hopefully this information is helpful enough and that relevant areas of this website are updated with the information I have provided. I have provided a few links below for easy access 'As A First Resort'-Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=184 Fresh Meat-Shop Database http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2shops_id=347 Gift Shop-Shop Database http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2shops_id=348
  6. Wow, Something I didn't even know. Now I just realised this is not mentioned in the Item Database maybe this could be added. I might go for a facial now, Thank you for letting me know this :D EDITED: Just checked the 'As A First Resort' quest guide and under the 'tips, tricks and notes' section the Mud Mask is mentioned. 7. This is a very good point. I remember doing this quest and it took me around 20-30minutes just to get enough ice arrows for that Fire Warrior. I don't think I realised that you can use Ava's Accumulator to pick the arrows back up. I also recommend that a sentence about this is added to the guide for the future when other people try and do the quest, this will save a lot of time for people. Temple Of Ikov-Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=36 Ava's Accumulator-Item Database http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=6599
  8. Yeah well said, using super compost increases your chances of your plants not becoming diseased I think and using the amulet of nature bound to a patch will let you know when there's something wrong. Even though you can only have one amulet of glory bound to a patch at any given time.
  9. I thought I'd check this out to see what you meant. From what I have seen is that when you hover over the Hopper it says 'walk here/1 more options' and when your hovering over the hopper with your mouse it doesn't actually say Hopper. Now this can be found next to the pressure barrel and the Pressure lever. You need to right click with your mouse for the option of the hopper to appear. I can easily see the thing what's meant to be the hopper but I cannot tell if it is the hopper or not unless I right-click it Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=121
  10. I think your just going have to be patient really, the crew are probably busy with other things at the moment
  11. Now this is defiantly something that should be worth mentioning. I could never really find this Vanilla plant anywhere in that jungle. I feel you are right and the exact location of these Vanilla plants should be more described in the guide/add a picture to the guide showing the spot these plants can be found or even do both ideas. Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?r ... 134#knight
  12. I do feel the same, I believe many players did skip past this without realising that Erjolf can provide you with these items, Luckily I had a friend tell me every item I needed for the quest before I begun it so I didn't have to bank as much as I thought I might have needed. Without this quest guide being released I found the quest extremely difficult, frustrating and annoying when trying to melt the ice around the massive block Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=204
  13. Nice idea, Nice picture too of you using the Dragon Dagger super poisoned. I never realised you could use the Familiars inventory to sneak items into the areas like that. Wish I could try that more often Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=66
  14. I realised you had to dress evil enough. I think I tried wearing something like the priest gown. I would have just suggested that you wear anything of that list and make sure 3/4 or even more of your body is covered with any of the black clothing mentioned in this list. You may also want to try the sub mini quest afterwards to obtain the Shadow Sword Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=125 Shadow Sword-Mini Game http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?p ... htm#reward
  15. Now I noticed something strange about him and his grotto. Before you cross/jump the bridge just south of his Grotto. If you hover your mouse and right click on the grotto it should have an enter option I think it is. But when you jump the bridge and try and enter it doesn't seem to let you get inside a few times Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=68
  16. Yes this has been proven, Not sure why it says 'Getting Sap You should already have this in your bank if you followed the directions from earlier in the guide. If not: find an evergreen tree and use a bucket on it while carrying a knife'. Maybe this part of the guide could be updated to let people know you can get the sap from any level one (Evergreen&Tree). This would also mean the Item database's 'Bucket of sap' could be updated as well to inform people about this item. Links provided below Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=97 Bucket Of Sap-Item Database http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=3020
  17. Hello there. Regarding this quest about using plant cures. I don't recall any of my growing plants becoming diseased. I'm not even sure if they can/could get diseased during the quest. You don't need to harvest anything you grow for this quest I think all you have to do is let the plant grow and collect the seeds from the relevant Non Playing Character (NPC). In the quest guide kindly provided by tip.it, it explains that you need one/two plant cures for when you are on to planting the Burthrope vines. For the next thing your saying about bringing Noted items for using the alchemy spells while you wait for your plants to simply grow. I would just recommend you move on to plant the next plant on the list so you have more then one plant growing at the same time, therefore making the quest a lot shorter. I did this and probably had my amulet of Nature attached to one of the patches to make sure those plants were free from disease. I have kindly provided links below for easy access to different parts of the website. Hope this helps Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=115
  18. Hello there, I remember doing this quest. I did some research into the query about the rune/pure essence. Yes you can use either a Hammer or a Chisel to turn rune/pure essence into Rune shards. As for something about a Pestle&Mortar I'm sure you will need in during this part of the quest, I noticed how on the guide it doesn't say you need a pestle&mortar but I'm really sure it is needed later on. So for starters the pestle and mortar should be added to the guide under the 'Items' section. I have provided you with some links to some information which you may find useful during the completion of this quest. Good luck with the rest of the quest if you are still doing it. Personally my favourite part was stealing the statues and taking them back to Varrock Palace Gardens. Hope all of this helps Quest Guide http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=115 Vine Seed-Item Database http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=4263 Plant Cure-Item Database http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=4274
  19. Hello there, couldn't help noticing this particular thread about the 'Catapult Construction' quest. This is one of the many quests in the Elven forests of Isafdar & Arandar I have had problems with. Now I know the instructions may seem confusing which I got to admit I agree with you. If you use this links below I'm sure these might come helpful. I noticed on the quest guide itself provided by tip.it that there is a link saying 'Click here to view the condensed version of the guide'. Now if you have not yet seen this condensed version or have not completed the quest yet I would recommend you take a look at the condensed version and hopefully it might explain things better or help out. Personally I never used the condensed version, even though I did use tip.it's very special map of the surrounding area. Map <!-- m -->http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=isafdar_arandar.htm<!-- m --> Quest <!-- m -->http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=185<!-- m --> Quest (Condensed Version) <!-- m -->http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?page=ccskeleguide.htm<!-- m --> Hopefully the map should come very useful to you for this quest if you have yet to complete it or even in the nearby future, since it has helped me a lot with all the confusing traps. Hope this helps [crew edit: map has been updated with more distinct paths, hopefully that will help]
  20. I'm sure this is true you do have to type in the specific item you are looking for so either Chaps, body or vambraces or if you are looking for full sets you have to type in 'd'hide' .
  21. Too many brackets? Maybe a link instead? [hide=Lood333's image][/hide] I like hiding things in "hide tags", but your image appears small...is that how it was sized on upload or is it just my computer playing tricks on me? (quoting this post will show you how the bulletin board code looks for each, but you've also got a friendly helpful shot of the code from a crewbie above!) Yeah was just experimenting really, still trying to figure things out but all will come in due course. Yeah I do believe I made the image rather small and there does seem to be a lot of white background around the image itself EDITED: I finally figured it out,but there's too much white background around the picture itself.
  22. Yeah I've seen the item under the Item database. and yes I was meant to say it would be nice if we could have a picture on the magic guild guide under the ancient magic section, where the animations of each of the different types of spells are. I would take a picture myself but I'm still learning the basics of how to crop the pictures and get them into the forums. But I will see what I can do
