My university (Arizona State) works hard to make sure everyone has a great first year experience because it's key to getting students to return in the fall. If they have a bad first year, most will dropout or transfer. I did see a few bad match-ups that ended badly because of their religious differences and unwillingness to respect each others personal beliefs. If I were to put a number on it, I'd probably say 1 out of every 10 match-ups didn't work out. I find most people try to make it sound a lot worse then it actually is.

Remove offenses that are dated over 2 years
I'd like to note that I was once banned from these forums years ago, so I can ensure you that we are very reasonable when we look at people's past.

In most case you can get the kill as the explosion of the tank will kill them or you're gunner will get them before they manage to escape. I don't find it to be that big of an issue, and I use tanks a lot.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Spending three dollars drying my clothes when it should have costed one.. I hate this new dryer in my apartment complex. It wastes both my time and my money.

My dorm experience went rather well. Are dorms were setup into suites which was two bedrooms jointed by a bathroom. My roommate was a bit of a douche but it wasn't all that bad. My suitemates and I became great friends, and I ended up going to live with them my junior year & senior year in a house off campus. I also remain good friends with most the people who lived on my dorm floor and am going to being seeing some of them this weekend when I fly back for Homecoming weekend (first time back as an alumni)! I think the key is to have an open mind about the whole experience, most people are to afraid to leave their own comfort zones and try new things.

I found it pretty straight forward, but I've also messed a quite a bit with helicopter RCs which is what the controls mostly resemble.

I agree with Sarge, there are a lot of idiots that don't know how to fly helicopters or even drive tanks for that matter. Had some guy get in a tank, I jumped on the gun, and he drove into a river, and got the tank stuck 5 seconds later. :wall: It's like most these people have never touch a game that involves driving before..

GTA5 Announced by Rockstar.
I never played China town. I've only played the console versions. If they model it after San Andreas, I think western Europe can best replicate it. But given the way the 5 is designed it kind of replicas what you mind find with a dollar bill so maybe DC?

I've been playing on my brother's PSN, but I'll start working on my PSN account tomorrow. I believe I already have you added, but I'll double check. I'll send you a message or something.

I've yet to hear of anyone actually finish p90x, not many people make it past the first week before giving up.

Frugality and Extreme Couponing
I've seen an old lady do that with a cart full of travel size deodorant and she had a ton of coupon to get 99 cents off the full size version of the deodorant and since the travel size versions cost less then a dollar, she was trying to get them for free basically. The store wouldn't do it, so she got turned away.

Battlefield Discussion Thread
My brother picked up a copy during his lunch, so it looks like I'll be playing it sooner then I expected. I was originally planning to purchase a used copy in a month or two or grab one off ebay when someone got sick of it. I'm just hoping I don't have to buy a stupid online pass to play multiplayer if I want to use his copy.

Frugality and Extreme Couponing
I don't cut coupons but I consider myself to be a frugal shopper, I tend to lean towards sales or deals on ideas I regularly buy at the grocery store to cut cost. I also search out deals on DVDs//BluRays for about 90% of the movies I buy, along with taking advantage of discounts friends get a local retailers on more expensive items. I'm also a fan of buying used when I can.

A San Andreas, would be awesome to see again but it makes you wonder where the game would be set since them repeating a game set in the US's southwest is unlikely.

Favourite 7th Gen Console [POLL]
I've played all and I've settled on the PS3 as my system. Great Wii games come out so infrequent, I still wonder why I have my Wii. Sold my 360 after concluding it wasn't worth holding onto it for the exclusives. Keep my PS3 because imo, the exclusives are superior to the 360, and I don't have to pay a monthly subscription to play online when they already cost enough as it is. PC gaming is fun, it's got it's gems, but I've never been able to maintain interest in it like a console.

The Official PS3 Thread
My first PS3 lasted about the same. Luckily I had bought one of those Best Buy protection plans and they gave me a new PS3 of equal value. I was so thankful I had purchased the protection plan.

Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds
I've just listened to that first song you posted, and I'd say he's sounds pretty good as a solo. I'll probably check out the album this week.
