    School

Same. Spring semester is going to be feel the weirdest.. We start back up next Thursday. Should be a good year, pretty excited to be finishing up all my schooling! :)
  2. Grand Theft Auto 4, Metal Gear Solid 4, and Killzone 2. My recommendations.
  3. If I had to classify myself I would say I am too busy being myself to fit into a clique. I'm on my own level. I do mostly, though, get stereotyped as an "indie" kid because of my music style. Back in high school I probably got tagged as more of a nerdy kid but I went to a pretty small school so clique didn't really matter a whole lot, except band and theatre kids usually keep to themselves. Other then that, everyone got along with one another. We basically all grew up with each other so I found it really hard to just hate someone unless they were simply annoying or something.
  4. If I were to switch to Verizon I would wait until they fully established their LTE network and Apple develops a 4G iPhone. Otherwise I'm happy with my current service on AT&T.
  5. Add it here http://forum.tip.it/topic/36346-the-gallery-rules-faq-and-resources/
  6. No.. What is up with the blue suit?

Yeah, they broadcasted their performance at MSG on Thursday live on YouTube. I wanted to see it but unfortunately I didn't have the time. :(

    Shoes

They're called sparreys (sp?). My [wagon] brother owns a pair. <_< Sperry Top Siders. They're the most popular of the boating shoes. I have a pair but I kind of messed my up clam digging this summer. Ops. Nike 6.0s are super comfy, I used to have a pair back in the day. Still have them somewhere. I actually bought a pair of olive TOMS today along with a pair of California Era Wingtip Vans. It's a mouth full but they one the coolest pairs of Vans I've ever seen. TOMS: Vans:
  11. Mrs. Obama visiting an American destination wouldn't help increase job opportunities and it is a private trip so she isn't going somewhere to speak. I think this comes down to, are we ok with the cost of protecting the first lady? I think most of us would agree that it is.
  12. The original fool. I've don't think I've even seen the newer one. I heard a rumor they were making a movie too.
  13. I'm a bit shocked that list eliminates all of the major email providers and probably well over the majority of her fans use those services.. Try a .edu if you have one.
  14. It's Jonny with no H  , but yeah Venture Brothers is great, haven't seen many episodes, it's funny how they play on the original Jonny Quest.

  16. What you know about old-school? I grew up with Scooby-doo, Flitstones, The Jetsons, Jonny Quest (I still love to catch the reruns on Boomerang), Transformers, Batman, Tom & Jerry, Loony Toons. I watched a couple of the those cartoons but these are the ones I watched the most during my youth. Oh and Dragon ball Z anyone? That one had me addicted till about 6th grade or so.
  17. Since there is already a thread for shoes, please use this thread. http://forum.tip.it/topic/270911-shoes/ If your going with Nikes go with these if your trying to be "fly". http://www.nike.com/jumpman23/index.html#/footwear/407680-201?idx=13&cid=407680-201

    Tourists

I actually saw some Manchester United fans use gestural when talking to some Barcelona fans when I was in Italy. It was funny to watch, the enitre conversation consisted of broken spanish, some english, and hand gestures.

    Arcade Fire

So far I've really enjoyed the album. I picked it up yesterday and listened to it about 4 times since. I also got a neat poster from the guy at the music store for free also.

    Tourists

Surprisingly I under estimated the universalness of the English language. I have been yelled at by a french man at McDonalds of all places for not asking the man if he spoke English before I ordered and it just happened to be the first time I slipped and didn't ask. In Italy I picked up basic greetings, I never picked up any dutch while in the Netherlands mostly because they spoke a lot of English and the same with Greece.
  21. Dang, only took me like 4 hours to download the whole game.
  22. Wow, thats actually pretty interesting to think about. Unfortunately the US doesn't have the kind of history you folks over in Europe have so I can only imagine cowboys and indians riding round Arizona.

    Tourists

I was thinking the other day that when I run into people from another country I have this expectation that they should be able to speak English well enough to to hold a basic conversation and I realize I'm probably not the only person that holds folks visiting their country to these kind of expectations so I was wondering how do you expect tourist from different countries/cultures to behave when visiting your own country? Should they learn basic greetings? Do you care? Whats are your expectations? Do you hold yourself to those expectations when visiting other Countries?

    History

I never completely get why people would prefer to witness the worst times in history.
