  1. overall i don't truly find this guide too useful. I'd rather replace 1 of the logs with another willow to save $ on dueling rings, and this guide didn't really include the easy ways to get the special logs...3/10!
  2. lol...well...i liked the concept of doing this, but found that it wasn't toooo helpful in terms of making gp. Even while making pie shells, i found i could only make around 1/5th of the supposed 800k an hour...still a decent concept, just not toooo practical...
  3. well...this guy has clearly forgotten some of the "godly" items that jagex has released to make it balanced. Zammy spear/barrelchest anchor more or less end this arguement. Both of them may be 2h weopens, but they are like the godswords of crush/stab weopens....check and mate
  4. Still haven't found a clan that truly accepts me...found a bunch of idiotic clans too obsessed with pvp though, which I am not really interested in...lol...more or less looking for a clan that helps people carry out their own personal goals/is pretty relaxed...lol
  5. this guide is definitely in need of some updating...big one revolving around the fact that with that new quest, you can use melee-deflect to increase the amount of kills there by about 30%...scary actually
  6. There was one part of the barrows guide that struck me with some intrigue. They discussed how black salamanders were the best option for it, but never truly commented on a cost effective option for it. I have one that may work...here's the screenshot for it. I ended up only needing about 3 monkfish and 8 doses (or 2 full) prayer potions for each trip, killing all 6 brothers each time...and I only have 76str,74mage,and 70 ranged. Feel free to use this screenshot, just give me some credit for it...kk?
  7. lol...i actually have a funny story revolving around this. When I was p2p, I decided to do that recruitment drive quest (you know...the one that only females can beat?). Anyways, I took a trip over to the makeover mage, did the quest, and no more than 5mins after beating it, I had about 5-10 noobs asking me out in my private chat....which is strange...as my username is magermanmye...lol
  8. this sounds a bit like my friend. His r/l name was kris kirnov kambel...and whenever people saw his name, they'd immediately call him a racist. I was one of the few people who didn't care about his name whatsoever, and now we're the best of friends because of it (kinda weird that people judge people so easily based on looks nowadays...makes me wish that prejudice was a criminal offense)
  9. lol...usually when people ask for a lvling partner, they mean someone who'll go through all the steps of getting xp with them (almost like having someone range with you when you are). I truly don't know though if he's actually gonna be able to help me lvl, especially since he's never on...lol
  10. still can't believe its not butter!

  11. true....this f2p moneymaking guide was only 1/2 useful, and all the tips that I saw seemed common, and not quite worth the risk. Overall, to actually rate this guide, I'll use the previous rating system that the other guy used: Usefulness - 2/5 (Commonalities more or less made it seem like all the others) Originality - 2/5 (Seen it before, and everyone says that these ways are good when they aren't too good) Use of pictures - 3/5 (The fact that you didn't really add any screenshots of you doing these could make some people wonder if you are truthful) Grammar - 5/5 (Grammar is about the only thing good with this...sadly to say :ohnoes: ) Overall: 60% (or 12/20). This guide has many issues that need to be fixed, some of which made me more confused than actually helped....
  12. well...it depends. Right now i'm going for 70ranged, then possibly gonna try to go for 85mage/90wc (depends on which one will be quicker).
  13. lol...they would if they ate their 2 daily scoops of raison bran....lol...2 scooops!
  14. Well, skill capes seem to have more disadvantages than actual uses, and one of the key ones that I don't see that anyone has mentioned is its huuuuge effect in wilderness matches/ bounty worlds. When people see a skill cape, 95% of the time, they automatically kill the person wearing it. Having a skill cape more or less puts a constant target on your back, and, combine that with the enormous effect it has to the corrupted markets of f2p, they ultimately will be the main factor in the murder of the f2p playability...
  15. lol...i think i win. That is, unless anyone else can beat 100k of xp....lol
  16. lol...i'd be willing to help you train some of those combat things. Been f2p for a while, and I seem to be one of the only people in f2p who knows how to live comfortably w/o becoming a member...
  17. well...i have the perfect answer to this question, yet it is super-hard to explain. My personal answer is no, as the world is ever-shifting, always getting quite different as it goes on. Also, the true definition of "new world order" as defined by webster's dictionary is "a big change in society that is unexpected by everyone". So, due to these veeery simple facts, there can never be a "new world order" as every possible theory can/possibly is expected by at least one person.[]
  18. lol..when i saw the thing that said "stuff you could never get into, well, being "friends" with my ex-girlfriends immediately came to my mind....
  19. Well, i've been doing some research lately, and i've thought stuff over, and i've stumbled upon a really tough question. "Who is to blame for the war between the USA and the Middle East?" For all those who don't already know the basic scenario, this is a brief definition of what i knew before i did a whole lot of research into this matter: Right after the millenium, the united states was attacked brutally when a bunch of "insane" foreigners hijacked a plane and forced it into the world trade towers. The president of the usa at the time (George Bush Jr.) thought it would be a wise decision to get revenge by going after a bunch of countries whom he thought were responsible. His plan semi-backfired when 7 years later, the american economy collapsed, caused mostly by the banks, but also partially by the fact that he had invested 22.5% of the taxpayer's money into the war. Since then, the american economy has been horrible, and George Bush has become the definition of the saying "Those who are hated the most are rarely ever the smartest ones". This is what i knew before i did the research. Now, here's a brief definition of the information i found out while looking through books, government-based internet pages, and while watching major news reports: About 20-30years prior to this incident, George Bush Sr. thought that the cold war would suddenly involve some fighting. With that, he decided to test-fire dangerous rocket systems over many countries in the middle-east. The United Nations became very angry with this, especially since George Sr. wasn't going to apologize for it. Because of that, he was banned from a bunch of countries, the big ones being Russia, China, and North/South Korea. The middle easterners were angry about this, and many world leaders thought that the United States would pay for their actions severely. So....who is to blame for this? Feel free to post on who you think is responsible.
  20. lol...wow...an event that'll spread about as much discrimination around as the "n" word....the real life h1n1 thing is serious, and your trying to trivialize it?.....yikes
  21. lol...aww...for a sec i thought it was like the actual show "survivor"...lol...then it'd be funny as heck.....as for this nonsense of an event....i rate it a 2/10 and refuse to attend =P
  22. lol...that zammy boss is easy. Here's some biiig advice here....IF YOU CAN'T KILL THE ZAMMY BOSS YOURSELF....DON'T DO GOD WARS!!
  23. Well, the dragon claws came out a while ago, and since then i've noticed that they are extremely good in minigames. I'll list some examples, and they should allow you to use the newest dragon weopen more effectively. 1) Barbarian Assault: Almost everyone who plays the game knows that with the attacker role, it's tough to find a weopen that has a good special ability, while being able to use all 4 "styles". The dragon claws have all 4 styles of atk, and a special ability that can kill any penance ranger/fighter in 1 hit. They are a "point and click weopen", meaning that it won't matter on how big the target is, but whether how fast you can click on them. As for the other roles, that's where the claws have their flaw. As a purely offensive weopen, it'd be better to have a shield as the other roles prevent attacking anything. 2) Soul Wars: Who says avatar-killing is hard? With the claws' special ability, you can do loads of damage to it in a short amount of time. If you get a group of about 5 people or so with the weopen, you can eaaasily drop it's health down to about half in under a few seconds of the ability. As for ripping through the enemy's team, they also prove very useful, as most of the people there are either wearing d'hide (weak to slash) or mage robes (especially weak to slash). Soul wars is the most common place to use them, although it can be a pain if most of your enemies are wearing heavy armor. 3) Pest Control: Once again another place where people have to kill something that's big, and that rarely moves. The entire point of using the claws here would be to combo with another weopen. Bring along a whip or ddp++, clear through the enemies till you reach the portal, then go crazy. As each portal only has 200hp, 3 people with claws could kill whichever one they target first. There aren't many drawbacks unless somehow the portal your attacking gets overrun by spinners, but with a low chance of that happening, it makes them a useful "portal-basher". 4) Castle Wars: This is the last of the combat-related minigames, yet the claws prove their use once again. They're eaasily a point-and-click weopen, delivering k/o's to anyone who you target. They'd be useful to combo with the ancient magiks, or even the normal ones as it'd allow you to bind/kill your targets a bit quicker.
  24. lol...i used image-shack once on my brand new email acc. 3 days later, i got about 50 spam emails from them saying that if i paid a dollar each month, i could help support their site. If you wanna put images up, just post them from your pictures folder on your computer like i do
  25. lol...your stats scare me. You hopped right into wc and fm, yet never tried the fun skills?...Do some combat, as it's always fun, and then try some quests...
