  1. Use the void ranged setup from the armadyl guide on here minus mith grapple...as for melee, void works scarily good...
  2. Mmhmm...the spells seem too cheap....maybe add another spell that allows you to teleport to anywhere there's land on the world map...that and the ability to summon an easy button....god that'd be useful...lol
  3. Meh...the original ones were the best though....I remember one year where me and a friend bought eachother for an hour. Had him (a lv115) begging for gp outside lummy castle, he had me giving out cabbages as the ambassador to vietnam...
  4. With 2 people. You can actually do it quicker. Get each person to take a side of the combat triangle, and switch demons once they switch prayers...works too well if done right...
  5. I hope they do. I saved 50m waiting for one to occur when they finished the last one a few years ago. Had it all planned out....queenvalerie, kimberly, and my 2 female apprentices, go charlie's angels, go!
  6. I have a similar story. Me and a friend were doing some xmas activities in runescape (namely exchanging gifts, giving out free yew logs, and kbd). We were in lummy, f2p, when I make a joke revolving the kbd's wife. I mention the kbd having a dragon queen, typoing the o with an apostrophe. Jagex gives me an offense warning for offensive language. I actually appealed it and got it taken off....weird how jagex understands typos when you show'm your daily activities....lol
  7. You sure you hate that task? A little over a year ago, I was a lv77 quester with no stats under 50 and none over 75. I got the scary (for me) task of 70 iron drags. Using a variation of tip.it's guide, I finished the task in under 5hrs, making a profit of 12.65m. Surely if I can do that, you can have success. Best advice I can give you: keep an eye on prayer/antifires, and broad-bolt range'm...
  8. Costume room to store treasure trail items, and a menagerie for quick summoning point refills between monster-hunting trips.
  9. No. 1- you can get the same effect for cheaper with a crystal bow. And 2- it'd be best to wait until the price of it drops...
  10. In f2p, I had a bunch of p2p friends who'd used to buy logs off me. Sold'm all the logs I cut between 1 and 75 wc, made my first 15m. Best advice though, questing followed by crandor mossies (if they still exist). Makes decent f2p money, and is good xp...
  11. I had this same problem. All my friends kept changing their usernames, got so confused that I had to delete everyone :(. Still only have 4 friends on my list. My advice though: give them nicknames, then you only need to ask for their nickname to know who is who...
  12. Mmhmm...slayer is one good option, however i should probably mention an unorthodox method known as quest farming, where you do quests specifically for the xp from them. I went from 60-70 def just from quest xp....plus/minus a few metal drag slayer tasks....
  13. The people who voted yes clearly were a minority. I mean c'mon, do you really think 1.2 million DIFFERENT people all said yes? You'd be lucky to find half of that supporting real-world issues, let alone a computer game. Me thinks jagex quits too easily? All hail jagex, the bret favre of online gaming!
  14. Well...jagex officially killed my return to runescape with this decision. It wasn't so much that they made the decision, it was mainly how they decided. I mean c'mon, they remove something, then have it return 3 years later? I say 'no thanks' on the wildy/free trade return, and a huge thumbs down to all the rulebreakers who'll benefit huge off this....
  15. Honestly, if you wanna train mage during the XP weekend, I saw a tai-bwo-wannai-trio mahog/plank make guide that'd eaaaasily get you 1m xp during the weekend....
  16. I say if they really wanna be fair, create 1 world where all rulebreakers can only go. The world'd have no rules and no mods, it'd be like prison for idiots....lol
  17. Hmm, adding 'in aid of the myreque' could allow you to use the burgh bank, thus making restocking suuuuper quick. Overall, the guide gets a 6.5/10, due to the fact that you only really offered 1 way of doing the barrows, rather than many, which a guide should offer....
  18. Mmhmm, may want to include info on profit/XP per hour using d'hatchet, seeing as most people'll likely use that...
  19. Mmhmmm...definitely an unneeded guide, especially due to the fact that ape atoll temple is a bit better/easier due to not needing range protection. 2/10 on the guide itself, and unlike what it says on the shampoo bottle...rinse, and don't repeat!
  20. Questing is always a good thing to do at times like these...since quests usually describe what the current rs is like...
  21. I'd love to see the addition of zanik's crossbow. While rune is better, using zanik's you can start training earlier. And with broad bolts (55slayer), you can rack up a whole lotta range xp easily....
  22. @Brad: We all hope they do...imagine being able to get the wgs herby req on only 1.1m....from 1-65.....'drools'
  23. I say harralander....personally because even if you choose to train with say, 40% of it, you can still break even with a big enough sale.
  24. This is why I wish there were 'experience' worlds. Make a world for people who have an acc 3+ years old....that'll bring the peace.
