Lol...this all goes back to a survey I did back in 2006, the question revolving around "would you trust a random person with fictional items?" After 50k votes, 64% said no...therefore, 64% of me refuses to go boss hunting now...lol

Meh...I'm referring to the unfairity of these items. If a f2per can use full rune/a full bag of lobs to get brawlers, then what's stopping a p2per with 50x more resources from getting them? Either make it p2p exclusive, or don't make it at all...

With brawlers in f2p though, I think that makes it too easy to obtain'm. Maybe make those drops off the p2p only revs?

If you're gonna use void, why not elite void w/ deflecter...overall, I have no experience w/ getting a firecape, and can only hope you do well there. Good luck from vancouver university?

Really? Is that what they're doing to revs? For as long as I can remember I've had memories, and my favourite ones revolved around revenants being the guardians of wildy. Reducing them to a new dungeon kinda kills my opinion of what they were, and shifts it to more of them being in the 'land of misfit mascots' kinda thing. Prices for all that stuff will drop huge, and brawlers will get removed due to incredible ease of obtaining them...

Not necessarily. If they were pvm oriented, then there'd probably be a quest related to them (see elite void, initiate, and salve ammy for details)

Lol...always sad to see good glitches go. My favourite glitch had to be the holiday items one, where you could get infinite quantities of untradable holiday items, even if you didn't attend that specific event...still have a pic of the 9999 santa jackets I had banked...lol

Kinda sad actually...this update I think, killed generosity between p2pers. I remember back when I was just starting out in p2p...could go to any bank/minigame and would be helped w/o delay. It truly is a dark day when people let greed come between themselves and saving someone's runescape experience...

I actually remember an incident similar to yours. Me and a friend were camped at the wildy castle with the metal drags (you know, the sennisten quest one). Guy comes in, no antifires/pray, and seemingly forgot his antifire shield. Guy hits the northwest side of the outer castle before getting picked off, and was actually trying to bribe us (with gp) to bless his grave. I ended up blessing his grave out of pity....mind you the reward was unneccesary but still decent (he more or less restocked my inv...pray pots/a couple tort pouches, and even a couple hundred broad bolts). Mind you, I probably would've blessed'm either way, seeing as I was almost out of supplies at the time...

I'd personally sell them their stuff back...mind you any idiot dumb enough not to get the best gravestone should have their stuff leeched...if you can afford 50m in armor, surely you can afford to go and spend 1m in keldagrim...

My advice: quest a ton. Wgs is a suuuuuper fun quest, and with the amount of rewards from it (xp, 4m item, access to TDs), it shouldn't be passed up. Dream mentor is easy, and killing the final bosses is the equivalent of killing 5steel drags....suuper easy.

@ cjm: in a way, jagex doesn't exactly own this game, the community does. If noone played runescape, would it still exist? Runescape is made possible through people playing, and jagex trying to satisfy OUR needs. They should be grateful that we still play, seeing as every time this game gets close to balanced, they go off and destroy a big chunk of it.

I've been thinking, and had an interesting open-question: let's say jagex introduced a new rule where if you died, your account would be reset back to starting levels/setup, would you still treat the game the same? I personally would over-prepare for everything....

Lol...anyone remember the holiday glitch? Back in easter 2009, there was a glitch that allowed you to retrieve holiday items off diango, even if you didn't do the event. Was heeelarious, especially since I still have 50 full santa sets banked...

Ape atoll is always the preferred one up until around the 80s I think...quick, easy, and the penance horn is godly there...
