I'm going to sound like a major n00b as I say this, and very over dramatic, but I've had it. Last night, I was reading through a few posts on here, and when I switched back to my Runescape tab, I saw a n00b picking up my arrows. Oh.My.Gosh. Okay, so it was 3 or 4 arrows, no big deal- chill out. Few minutes later- he comes back, takes the entire pile - which ranges from 18-25 arrows. Okay, so, I'm going to handle this as well as I can. Me: Can I please have my arrows back? Him: No. Me: Why not? Him: I need them. Me: But your not training range.. I really need them. Him: No. So I walk away before I get mad. This morning, same thing happens. Except he takes my arrow piles 3 times, and when I say, "Can I have my arrows back?" He doesn't answer. So, I'm probably going to get; (A) "It's a few arrows, who cares?" (B) "Be quicker to pick up your arrows." © "Find a new spot where people aren't around." (A) I care. I'm not a mega rich person. I have around 10k- which is hardly enough for more arrows and food. Arrows can be reused over and over and over again. So, being the cheapself I am, I take that to advantage. (B) Usually I am. But as soon as that "red dot" appears to someone else, they must go take it.. And, it takes me longer than most to kill a knight, so by the time I'm done and run around the table to get it, some n00b has taken it. © Usually nobody is in that room, or even around the castle. And when they are, it is a higher level player who doesn't steal arrows. And if they do, they give them back to me. And usually , the arrow stealer is just someone passing through because they are looking for the quests or exploring. :wall:

Oh didn't even think of that. But it was in the northeast and I think the sewer is south towards the wilderness? Not sure.

Hm, not quite sure if anyone has said this. But the basement in the Varrock west bank. I went into the NE corner and saw something (maybe) but I'm in SD so I can't tell if it is something or not.

I'd tell the bozo to get a job, stop depending on his mommy and daddy for money. What do your parents think? Do they not care? It's mainly their problem, just ignore your brother as much as you can, and when you can't, tell him off..

Actually, it wasn't.. It was aimed at other posters. And congrats, you found my point in my post- "don't generalize". And you probably have talked to more girls, as most girls are "doing quests/insert other nonCB activity" or "looking at pretty scenery" while I'm.. not.

Where is the best spots to train for F2P with 45 range and 35 defence? I prefer to have the option to be able to pick my arrows. Thanks in advanced .

The YT layout looks the same as always? What's changed about it...? I know, I went to it and it looked exactly the same? Watch a video from the homepage - any video - and it should be upside down :lol: I also have something that annoys me: the flood control >.< I move and post fast goddamnit! LOL! Haha, now it looks a bit different. OMG. That's hilarious. At first I thought the language was different, and I was like- Woah? Then I looked closer and realized it was flipped and what not. But you can make it go back to normal :D

I could write a novel trying to agrue with some of these posts. Why female players are under represented in Runescape? Because of idiotic guys who think we rather go shopping and play with barbie dolls. Because of testostrone (sp?) filled guys who can't find a girlfriend IRL so resort to Runescape. Because of guys who think we like playing video games for "pretty scenery" and such. God you guys are freakin' idiots. I'm sorry, but I'm sure I'm not the only female who feels this way. I play Runescape to attempt (a very bad, pathetic failing attempt, but an attmept nonetheless) to be one of the best, or to at least beat my friends who are a bit higher leveled than I am. I don't play Runescape to do Quests, I don't play Runescape to get pretty clothing and I sure as hell don't play Runescape to look at pretty scenery... NOTHING in Runescape is pretty, in my opinion. I don't think guys should be posting in this thread.. I don't care if you have played as a female character. You still aren't a girl- you laugh when you get asked out on RS or you laugh when some [wagon] comments on you. You don't know what goes through a girls mind- so shut up about why we don't play video games more.

And I merely said it would be hard to make it bigger. Why should they completely redesign a summon's graphics, and why would you want it made much harder to use by increasing the size? Jagex does a lot for us. They work hard to keep RS running smoothly, coming out with new things, and updating old things! Don't complain about something that isn't "very useful". And to the OP, forgot to mention in last post, I understand what you mean.. But given what other people have said, it makes sense why it's so small.

Considering theres only 200K people playing at the "rush hour" for runescape? Yeah... they go by total accounts created not active accounts. Yeah definately not. 169 worlds x 2000 players per world= 338,000 players Not every world is full, most usually have 400-900 players. It definately goes by how many accounts are logged in. As for the main question! I have a level 85, my main account. I'm pleased with her, I don't want to train range on her- it won't effect the CB and chances are I'm never going to use it on her. I have - or can easily have- everything I want. I'm decently pleased with my stats and when I'm not I train. But sometimes it gets boring. It's nice to see the "world" in a differect perspective. It's kind of like starting Runescape over- expect you have a knowledge of the land, the people, equipment, where to train, etc. I don't ever cross equipment, food, money, etc over from my main to my ranger. I've done it once, when she was a level 5 or 6 maybe so I could buy arrows. In other words, we have multiple accounts to keep things fresh.

It's not hard to make Hydras a little bit bigger. :roll: But it is harder to remake a polygon model at higher resolution, and it'll tax the game more as well as limit the hydra's fighting ability; the bigger a familiar is, the harder it is to maneuver it in tight spaces and the more time it spends dancing with a monster instead of fighting. You should thank your lucky stars it's a small summon. It's not like it's very useful besides the tree regrow anyway. Then don't complain about how small it is, and how Jagex could make it a little bigger.

Hmm. I've got my foot stepped on number of times by horses.. Couple times barefoot, few times the horse wouldn't move and the most recent, she slammed her hoof down on my foot , lifted it up but I was in such shock I didn't move it, and she slammed down again.. I thought my foot was broken, but it wasn't the worst pain..

A lot of girls probably think it's lame to play Runescape, WoW, etc. I know very few girls who admit to it.. NONE of my friends know I play this still (they use to, back when I was in middle school and everyone did) There is girls who mask them selves as male characters , I've done it before.. But I don't want to. I'm proud to be a small population of the females on RS.. Just not going to tell my RL people, ha. And for the note of skill / combat .. I actually prefer combat. I don't have the patience to sit and go through quests (My only remaining f2p quest is Ernest the Chicken.. Been that way for years now), nor do I have very much patience for bank runs. Fishing is my only acception, because I usually keep them for cooking then eating- triple benefits. When you actually register, don't you pick your gender? Maybe not, I can't remember.. But I'm sure they have demographics..

Hmm thanks, range is 43 right now but defence is only 30, plan on working until it's at least 40 then I'll start doing quests (as I only have 1 quest point) then I'll do Dragon Slayer.. Any other advice would be nice (:

I have a range/defence character, and while I'm not ready to do the quest yet, I want to get an idea of what I should prepare for. I've breifly read over a few guides, but none have really helped me with my range issues. My questions; 1) What range/defence levels should I train to? 2) Any special gear I should have? (I know you have to have the shield so I'd have to use a crossbow, right?) I've done the quest before, I just haven't done it with a range account (I've actually never done anything with range, I'm about as smart as a rock when it comes to range) so any tips / advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced! (:

Fashion doesn't really matter to me. I wear whatever is convient and not overly worn- don't want to look like everyone, ya'know (: While I had my Guthix; I'd wear the Platebody, Plateskirt, Kiteshield, Rune scim, Ammy of Def, Zombie Gloves, Fancy boots, Lederhosen hat and a green team cape (not sure which though).. Now that I've done away with my armour; I'm sporting the Lederhosen Hat, the Fancy Boots, the Zombie gloves still.. And the witch outfit from the Halloween event, the white/red scarf from a few Winter Holiday events ago, and my trusty rubber chicken- Fluffy the 3rd (and if you beg for fire whilst fishing, you get smacked!)

At my dads house [hide=]We have 5 dogs and 2 cats- 2 Jack Russel Terriers (full brother/sister- 2 yrs apart), a JRT/Rat Terrier Mix (stupidest thing alive), 2 Corgis (my dads girlfriends daughters dogs - talk about confusing), and 2 cats that are locked up in a section of the house because if they weren't.. Well, I don't think I needed to say what would happen. That's one of the JRT's, Skippy.. That pic is ancient but now he just has more white in his brown part. That's the other JRT, Jessie.. She's pure white w/ slightly blue eyes & tone deaf (: And that was when she a puppy. The two together- after a bath due to a late night (11:45 or so) killing of a opossum! Eek. I don't have pictures of the other 3 dogs or 2 cats, and frankly, nor do I care..[/hide] At my momma's house we have 1 dog; a HUGE German Shepard/Yellow Lab Cross. [hide=] He's not suppose to be on the couch, can't tell you how many times I walk in after school and he gets busted :D Yes, there is plastic stuff on the couch- it's like the stuff you put on carpet with [bleep]es.. We put it [bleep]e side up and it worked for a while, then the dog got use to it.[/hide] And not at any of my houses, is my horse, Gizmo! [hide=]He's huge. He's a Thoroughbred- that's the horses that race .. Needless to say, his times weren't good and after a few owners, I'm leasing him (where I pay to ride/take care of him, but his owner pays to keep/feed him). And this picture is to show his size.. I really don't think there is anything we can do.. Unless everyone stops buying hammers/chisels.. I was thinking- 500 hammers? There's only 365 days! How could you possibly STAND buying a hammer almost everyday- or maybe 2, 3, possibly 4 times a day? That blew my mind.. And hey, leave him alone. Obviously it bothers him but not enough to buy a permanent hammer/chisel , and he wants to rant.
