  1. Why thank you. Good luck with your goals too! Are you talking about simulated games? If so, then yes, they ftw. :D
  2. So, so far I got the following responses: Smithing: Superheating, smelting steel bars Crafting: Gold rings/amulets, sapphire necklaces, emerald/diamond rings Prayer: Bones from monsters Magic: Superheating, Fist of Guthix Firemaking: Logs from wcing Cooking: Fish from fishing, pizzas Melee: Giants, ankous, hobogoblins, lessers Thanks for the responses! I'll try them out. :)

inb4coolstorybro I'm wondering though, why were you killing skeletal wyverns?
  4. I can't really get into Guitar Hero... besides, I like Namco's games more. And Japanese music ftw. I uploaded 4 more onto bemanistyle btw. Still, nothing more to say about Runescape... I have a RESEARCH PAPER to do which cuts down my play time.
  5. Cannons should be allowed to do that. In fact, Range and Magic can already do this, as mentioned earlier. (Ranging 2 flesh crawlers at once ftw!) And yeah, I agree that summoning should be allowed in single combat.
  6. Ok, first of all I'm F2P. Why do you mention things like boss hunting? Also, don't state the obvious. I could have already done that if there were guides like that already (which sadly there aren't due to the lack of F2P guides). This really wasn't the type of answer I was expecting...
  7. Boring is subjective. I think that skills that require you to wait for the products to be finished (looking at YOU, Crafting, Cooking, and Smithing) are boring. I actually like skills that require attention. Though that's really because I don't multitask while playing Runescape. I agree that it gives slow exp, but the profit makes up for it. And profit matters a lot to me because I'm broke and I can't merchant. Runecrafting is unique, which is one of the reasons why I like the skill. I really don't find it that bad.
  8. Ok, so as the topic says, I want to find the most effective training methods at my levels that also brings in decent cash. So far, I already know methods for some of the other skills: Mining: Coal at the Mining Guild (gold is too crowded for me) Woodcutting: Yews or willows Fishing: Lobsters (I just get tuna if I try to get swordfish) Runecrafting: Airs, waters, or earths Ranged: Minotaurs with iron arrows, I consider the extra irons "profit" However, I'm not so sure about the other skills. I don't even know if some of them make profit or not. Smithing: I don't know if superheating does anymore. Also I have no patience for smelting. Crafting: Not sure either Prayer: Duh, 100% loss Magic: Is superheating still profit? Or are there better ones out there? Firemaking: Pure loss, NO DUH Cooking: Not so sure Melee: Cockroaches, lessers, giants, or ankous? Or something else? Please help, thanks! :)
  9. Actually, you have to be twice the monsters combat +1 to prevent aggressiveness from the monsters, not just double. @ Animorph: Both of your ways of super-moneymaking are very difficult (one requiring 85 Mining & good combat levels, the other requiring prediction skills & LOTS of cash). Runecrafting is easy to do, is not boring, and pretty much GUARANTEES a profit at 19+ RC (2x waters). It even gets more effective as you level, and unlike other skills the effectiveness is noticeable. I sometimes wonder why people hate it so much... it's easy to get 30 runecrafting, yet it hasn't even hit the 2m mark on the Runescape hiscores.
  10. I'm in the 500-1000 range, at 985. Keep in mind I'm 100% F2P so I'm not that high. Hoping to hit 1000 in a few weeks.
  11. Actually, I DO support the idea of a new F2P boss. I just checked the Bugs & Suggestions forum, and I saw some pretty good ideas: Nerdboyxxx's Elvarg suggestion (I also saw a cockroach queen thread but I couldn't find it again. <_< ) Personally, I would love to see a cockroach queen. If there are drones, workers, and soldiers, there has to be a queen hiding somewhere. @ Erewhon: Your post WAS deleted. Go check page 6 again. Though, every off-topic post in this thread should be deleted tbh...
  12. Speaking of the Great Orb Project, I kinda have a small question about it. Are altar teleport tablets worth it to use? I don't have enough tokens on me to test, and I wanna know how effective they are.
  13. You should also add to play the game in standard detail, so the game doesn't get too choppy. Also, play in unpopulated worlds. Clicks actually respond faster there, therefore a BIG advantage to skilling. I'm not used to mousekeys though, I like my mouse as it is. I don't play in resizable either because it gets choppy for me. And dual monitors...
  14. The one in Fist of Guthix. I sometimes wonder why they actually put loading screens in minigames...
  15. I would really only buy it if the stats on there are ALL +99. Otherwise, big waste of cash.

Damn, that sucks. Maybe next time don't try Skeletal Wyverns? Or fix your internet connection (make sure no one else is using it, if firewall is on, etc.)?
  17. As a matter of fact, the player mods I've saw are all experienced high-levels (remember the high-level F2P I mentioned earlier?), or combat 3 skillers. Most wanna-be mods are low-leveled noobs, as a matter of fact. I, too, have 0 black marks on my accounts.
  18. Youmu replied to TheLad1's topic in Rants
Honestly, if a simple sound like that bothers you, then I don't know how you're able to deal with things much worse...
  19. What I meant was they were being off-topic. Like, completely. This is a debate about whether KBD and Dragon Med is suitable for F2P, not whether F2P should get more content or not. (If you haven't noticed already, Erewhon's post earlier on was already deleted because of this.) And why didn't I mention Demonicsushi...
  20. That's what I just said, Guardknox. <_< But in general, the scimitar's speed makes up for the loss of other stats.
  21. I'm not really sure on this, but isn't Lumbridge a reference to Cambridge, where the Jagex company is located? Oh, and the zombie dance emote is a reference to Michael Jackson's "Thriller". Seriously, go look at the emote.
  22. I just read Zhong's post, and decided to give my views of why I train those skills. Magic: It just levels up when I do stuff like superheating, high alchemy, and Fist of Guthix. Defence: More 0's hit on you. FM: Fast exp really, which means fast levels. Smithing: I don't really bother. Crafting: I don't really bother. Runecrafting: How can you NOT like Runecrafting? It gives basically the best profit in the game, and because of its non-afk nature, it isn't a "boring" skill. Oh, and for smithing, you can just simply buy iron/mith/addy/runite ores, mine coal in the guild, and superheat them into bars. They do bring a good amount of profit, last time I checked.
  23. Nah. It's actually for players under 13 years old. Though most people would bypass the age requirement so it's pretty much useless. So I guess now it's only for muted people and QC worlds.
  24. Guys, ignore Erewhon and Jrhairychest. They just like trolling all the F2P threads on this board. About the D Med thing, I agree that releasing it would make D Med drops worthwhile, but right now just isn't the time. After the balance Range and Magic however, this option should be considered.
  25. Sure, it's vulgar, but I honestly don't see how it's offensive. Also, having a perverted mind does NOT equate to offensiveness. That's actually perfectly normal for people my age.
