Got the last of my circus clothing Can finally stop xp wasting and gain the full xp for everything

I'm approaching the Shield region in ports and would like some advice on how I should go about my endgame Ports setup. My curent crew setup: 3x Judge of Dice 3x Wisp Everyone else Morale/Combat/Seafaring crew from the Loop 2x10k Morale, 2x10k Seafaring, 1x10k Combat captains atm I have purchased all ship upgrades up to and including the Loop. I have a lifeboat on all ships, so failure isn't a worry. I have the following building upgrades: - Luxurious Bar - Refurbished Office - Refitted Workshop - Nautical Lodgings - Nautical Shipwright - Imperial Warehouse - 4x Telescope - Biologist, Missionary, Convict icons (for trio voyages) I am 62/63 story atm and am actually fairly behind with scrolls :/ only 28 scroll pieces so far. I have a few questions... 1. What should my crew setup be? Obviously I will upgrade my morale/combat/seafaring crew and replace Judges with Exiles, but anything else? 2. Should I buy terracotta merchants? Are they worth it? If so, when should I use them? Keep in mind I prioritize unlocks (story, scroll) over trade goods. 3. Ideally I want 5x35k captains, but how many morale/combat/seafaring captains should I have? 4. What is the purchasing order of ship upgrades in the Shield? 5. Should I keep my Wisps? People have been telling me they're not worth it, but I have 3 already... 6. What should I do, other than the icons and bar upgrades, to increase my chances of trio voyages appearing? And, as a side note, which adventurer icons are best to build after I finish all stories? Thanks :3 Admiral of the Fleet title soon!

Why have this kind of dumb mechanic in the first place? Yeah it's just a cosmetic title alright... but all the other titles don't have this kind of restriction so why do this just for this one :| I swear some of these unlockable requirements are dumb... it would have been better if it were once every 13 hours, not 13 days. >_>

Screw strategy. Yolo steel titan spec scroll and repeatedly spam it using summ pots. I only really adren to have Sunshine up whenever I need it. Make sure you Chain and Dragon Breath as these hit multiple targets (great for gano/jadinko), and hit especially hard with Sunshine active. Warpriest armor is sufficient. Just make sure you have all the prerequisite gear (antifire pot, kiln cape, blood spells on ancients, darklight) along with a melee/mage switch and you're good to go.

I base my bans and prefers on xp. It's pretty hard coming up with a 6th/7th block and prefer, but that's what I decided to go with.

Block: TzHaar Grotworms Vyrewatch Kalphites Greater demons Desert strykewyrms Ascension members Prefer: Airut Celestial dragons Elves Automatons Mithril dragons Kal'Gerion demons Dark beasts Always have aquanites toggled off. I personally have glacors, tormented demons, muspah and nihil off, but that's just me. I'm also pretty lazy so I didn't put any boss slayer tasks (greater demons, dagannoth, aviansie, black dragons) on preferred.

Good luck leeching Araxxor lmao, duoing just makes it harder especially if one of them starts out with a rage value. Not worth it. Most people I know leeched Rots (before the leeching "nerf") and Rago, which is honestly pretty sad :L they're both great bosses.

The thing I don't get about the whole "It's the completionist cape" argument is that the trimmed completionist cape exists, and at this point a fair number of its requirements are less rigorous than those on the regular cape. It's an inconsistency: titles from the likes of Rush of Blood and Soul Reaper are required for the main completionist cape when other minigames, post-quest rewards, and even whole miniquests are not. I would not say that the sole purpose of Trim is to have requirements which are more rigorous than Comp's. It's purpose (well, one of them) is to include all sorts of requirements that are peripheral (whereas Comp's requirement is to include the main or major requirements). Well, mauling Vorago and surviving Rots used to be trimmed reqs before Soul Reaper came along... Kiln has been comp req since release of the cape and I still know people who can't do it :rolleyes:

I'm lucky enough that my friends happen to like doing group PvM, which is all of Nex, KK, Rago and Rots. I rock at DPSing in chaotics and warpriest ;) I don't own any end-game gear and never bothered to borrow from anyone. The key to doing the bosses isn't your gear, it's understanding boss mechanics and being able to exploit these mechanics whilist dealing damage and surviving yourself. It's the same story with Araxxor.
