  1. But I'm refering to rs2 as a whole not just free trade and wildy, I started in 05 so I could care less about playing classic.
  2. wow, thanks plank make for mahogany is about half the cost of hunter kit, but I think hunter kit is still faster.
  3. Is the hunter kit spell the fastest way to get 99 magic using noncombat magic? If not what is because i really want to get 99 magic. I have 70m cash, but do not want to spend it all.
  4. 100% agree.
  5. Noone can tell when someone joined rs, I joind in 05 but only join these forums in 09.....
  6. I've gained 3/4ths of my exp in the past 3 years, but I would still being willing to sacrifice it. 28.3m of it since the beginning of the past summer. It's still a loaded question, and if anyone who joined after 2007, they just can't have clear perspective. I'd be losing around 200m total xp if this were to happen. Thats why I said to only vote if you have played before the update, and anyway exp should not matter to much because games should be played for fun, and yes I realise everyone has their own ways to define playing for fun, but I feel that back then you didn't need really high skills to have fun or alot of money. Whereas today all of the big money-makers require really high stats, gwd( 90+ combat stats), frost drags(85 dung), grenwalds(85+ hunter). Mainly, I just feel like I was playing a game back then, where other players could care less what stats you had, and now it's just one big grind fest, where people insult other because they have low stats or "bad" 99, in my case I got 99 cooking and get insulted for it...

  8. After much dissusion about the "possibility" of free trade and the old wildy being re-added I decided to make this poll. So basically would you rather: 1) Keep your current account or 2) Trade it for a rolled-back verson of your account as it was in dec 2007 and rs as it was before the dec 07 update? Please only vote if you acutally played rs back then.
  9. I believe that the old drop system should be brought back to pking, because look how much inflation the new one caused. Down with green drags!!!
  10. lol he has 76 prayer
  11. Well apparently, there's going to be specific worlds for the trade and wild, and they'll be only for very long term accounts with no bad track records, which would make an entirely huge amount of sense. Hopefully 2011 brings great things. how long age is long term, because I started in jan 05 Also, if this were to come into effect I think the ge should be removed.
  12. first update when i joined: http://services.runescape.com/m=news/troll-romance-banks-and-chat

I have never junk traded before and since I'm planning on buying a blue h'ween mask soon I can also assume that I will have to junk trade for it. I have two questions and they are: What items are considered junk? How can I gather junk fast?
  15. 71+ is about 150k exp per hour, 81+ is about 180k, 91+ is about 210k
  16. I got the idea from fake rs games(which i've never played) and I thought if they could do it for free than why can't jagex? Also, imo there would be no RWT in it, because who would waste money for a private rs server that can only hold 200 people.
  17. Oh, I really don't know much about servers.
  18. I posted this on the RSOF and I want some feedback from this community. Quick Find Code: 188-189-564-61895675 *I do not know to much about private servers so if this cannot be done then I guess I just wasted my time. Since most players are probably longing for the runescape of 2007 why not try private servers? Ok, so there would be five typs of servers: 1) Runescape Classic - Must be a member to play. 2) Runescape 2 F2P - At the moment right before the wild and trade limit update. 3) Runscape 2 P2P - At the moment right before the wild and trade limit update - Must be a member to play. 4) Present Runescape F2P - Can be updated to stay current with the actual game. 5) Present Runescape P2P - Can be updated to stay current with the actual game - Must be a member to play. Here is how this would work: -Anyone can download and setup a F2P server. -To download a P2P server you must to a member. -Each server could host around 200 people. -To play in someone's server you must have a runescape account in the main game and have that account registered to play to the server. -You CANNOT play with your main account on any server but the main game. -You can have multiple accounts per server, but you cannot use them in any other server but the one they were created in. -This means that to play in a server you must create an account for it. -Finally to play in a server the host must first allow you access. Ingame stuff: -Each server will have its own highscores and these accounts will not effect the highscores of the actual game. -The RS Classic servers will be the exact same game as they were when RS 2 came out. -The RS 2 servers will be at the day right before the major wild and trade limit update. -The current RS servers will be RS as it is today and can be updated as the real game updates. The host must download the update. -All GHRAPICS will stay the same as they were in each game. (So no RS HD ghrapics update for RS 2) Items: -All items will stay in there respective versions of runescape. EX: You cannot use a chaotic weapon in Classic or RS 2, only in the current version. -Banks will look the same as they did in each version, but they can hold the ammount that a bank can hold today. Holiday Items: -The Current RS servers with have all the holiday items. -The RS 2 Servers will have all Holiday items until the end of 2007. -The Classic servers will have only the holiday items that came out in its time. -All holiday items will be tradeable. -Dango will sell you holiday items instead of storeing them. -I don't know what price, but I feel that they should be priced from 5m-10m each in his store, because I feel like it is an achievement to earn one. Thanks for reading.
  19. i've never tryed this but your probably need veng, bc the specs have a low chance of killing him
  20. I'm currentaly levl 54 dungeoneering and I want to get a chaotic weapon for slayer. I want to know which complexities and sizes would get me the fastest exp. I really don't know how to do each level since 90% of my dung exp was from tears of guthix and the resoure dungeons. Also, I prefer to solo dungeons.
  21. The only way to find the DPS would be for you to see how much kills u can get per hour for both melee and range. Also, since the drop rate of tokkul is not 100% and varies in the amount you get it would be really hard calculate a true value for your tokkul per hour. Personally, I would just use range because you can hide behide objects while fight, thus eliminating the need for melee protection in the first place and lowering the amount of p pots you use. Hope this helped! DPS formula: (Kills per hour/ 3600 seconds)*Health of monster.
  22. My current plan is to make deaths to 91 because of the 80m-100m profit, but would it smarter to make nats or just at 91?
  23. So your saying deaths would be faster to 99 or just better in general?
  24. I am far from 91 rc atm with only 78 and do not planning on hitting 91 for a while, but I was wondering would it be more effecent to make nats or deaths from 91-99. My Calcs: Deaths: Total needed to get from 91-99: 713160 Current Price of deaths: 369 My estimated rate of doubling a death rune: 15%* 713160*1.15=820134 total estimated deaths made. 820134*369=302629446gp total estimated profit. Natures: Total needed to get from 91-99: 792400 Current Price of deaths: 184 Rate of doubling 100% 792400*2=1584800 total natures made 1584800*184=291603200gp total profit. 79240 more pure ess needs to be converted with natures. 11026246 more gp gain from deaths *This rate could be higher or lower. I have never crafted natures using the ghaarking method.
  25. Not to steal this thread but, would full void elite be better for nomad than neitzinot black d'hide and barrows gloves?
