Aww, so we lost our Chaotic Evil AI? And just as I was planning to make a Lawful Evil and Chaotic Good AI pair to complete the set...

Dungeoneering Again
My total level would be higher, if all the sessions didn't oddly coincide with the times I could not attend them. Oh, and for the record, in this game, I'm Colin.

- I thought rune defenders were pretty good already. Won't the Dragon Defenders be TOO good?
And I took it seriously. I see it as proof that Jagex really HAS dropped that low. I would not be surprised in the LEAST if they actually did that.- The Back Room
Ah, but you're forgetting the tiny, tiny chance that the dude from your school is Hex as well as Tiger_Tank. And we all know what happens when there's a "one in a million" chance... (Just kidding.)- I thought rune defenders were pretty good already. Won't the Dragon Defenders be TOO good?
So... they're going to give us less offense with all the defenders in exchange for.... the ability to soak Summoning damage. And it'll only be Summoning damage that's over 200. Y'know how often you get a hit for 200+ with summoning? Let alone actually BE hit for 200+ with summoning? (This is excluding familiar special attacks, as Protect from Summoning is supposed to easily negate that) I said Jagex would keep their track record of either updating stuff to suck or updating it to be useless. It would appear we now get both. And now defenders are going to be considered trash even MORE when the defence update rolls around. That is, if that update doesn't suck....- Behind The Scenes - December
Eh, what's the worst that can happen, right? :geek: Someone said it. It's jinxed now. To answer the question.... they release it, it's mildly useful but doesn't change anything, and it causes a series of catastrophic bugs that last for a few hours before jagex "patches" them. So, think the Resting update, but with the bugs a bit more varied, and getting a tiny amount of damage soak.- Last one to post wins
That is sarcasm... right? ... Right? Nope. It's trollbait.- Last one to post wins
I would guess somewhere..... over 9000, maybe?- Space

That's it, I'm making an /FG/ slashfic. Well...? For the love of eyes, DON'T REMIND HIM!- I thought rune defenders were pretty good already. Won't the Dragon Defenders be TOO good?
Nothing wrong with an Infinity Minus One Sword. You're horrible, you know that? Because TVTropes Will Ruin Your Life. OT: Whatever Jagex does, they'll probably keep their track record of either making it suck or making it useless.- The Back Room
Yeah, I think all my characters are going to run into some genetic shortfalls. Because I just realized - I'm too lazy to learn how to do it right, so I'll learn how to do it by doing it wrong the first few times and slowly, gradually getting it right over time.- The Back Room
Wait, what are you talking abou- *checks user pages* OH LORD THEY'RE MODS (Grats, guys. Now go get promoted so we can wreak havoc on bring prosperity to the rest of the forum!)- The Back Room
Double post, but nobody cares... So, my recent drawing escapades have re-taught me 4 things: 1. Hands are a pain in the butt to draw. Period. 2. The same goes for feet. 3. It's even harder to draw your characters with arms and legs that don't make them look like the Jell-O Man. 4. All of those things are at such difficulty that I cannot do them correctly without extensive lessons, extreme perseverance, and/or tutorials. Thus, I am highly considering adding a plot device which causes all of my characters to have non-anatomically-correct limbs and digits. I really don't want to, but if it becomes necessary due to my lack of artistic talent, I'll have to.- I thought rune defenders were pretty good already. Won't the Dragon Defenders be TOO good?
Knowing Jagex and how much like like to disappoint us, the DFS's added soak from the Defence update won't be nearly as good as the bonuses we get from the Dragon Defender. Thus, since currently, Rune Defender > DFS at most places, Dragon Defender > DFS at most places. Then again, also knowing Jagex, it'll be nigh-impossible to get a Dragon Defender because the place to get one won't be instanced and thus you'll be competing with everybody who wants one. Which will be a LOT of people. So I'm counting on a good DFS-Dragon Defender comparison probably not being out until around mid-January.- The Back Room
It still creeps me out.- Last one to post wins
GO IRRELEVANCY!- The End of the Beginning
(Okay, half of the storyline so far. Considering a great deal of the thread waws basically "Come on guys, please take this seriously" to which Hex promptly responded with his usual "I DUN LIEK RULES/GAMEPLAY STYLE/MOD'S HAIR I RAGEQUIT".... And if this is only barely a percentage of the storyline, I think that when this thread is finished, someone needs to convert it to book form and sell it. Make monies with which we can buy that Supra-Anti-Trolling cannon that this forum has always needed...)- The Back Room
It..... I think it's trying to eat my soul....- The End of the Beginning
(I go AFK for a bit to read and draw some, and you guys post half the freakin' storyline?!? I never get to have ANY fun... <_< ) Kemios stumbled out of the bar, happily drunk, and, as usual, with empty pockets. As he collapsed in a nearby alley, he heard a hissing before passing out completely... "The black one, he doesssss not belong.... He doessssn't belong with him...... He doessssn't belong ANYWHERE...." - I thought rune defenders were pretty good already. Won't the Dragon Defenders be TOO good?
