Kalphite king is going after one guy who's standing behind two other people blocking the kalphite king from being able to attack the person so he never actually hits anyone. Everyone attacks kalphite king with steel titans and maxed gear and the KK goes down in 45 seconds.

I'm not sure if it works the same for perks that increase/decrease chances of death but my captain came with a trait that decreased seafaring and later I got a voyage that gave a perk to increase seafaring for my captain and they canceled each other out. It still shows the two perks obviously, but they technically cancel each other out in terms of stats. But I guess since we don't really know how much the perks actually increase/decrease the chance of death it would really just be an assumption that they have an equal chance of decreasing/increasing the chance of death.

Agreed I'd rather see them take on gold farming more aggressively then these "high profile" players. But I really won't complain too much seeing as they're at least trying.

Probably only worth it if you're going for story missions. I bought convict, assassin and whaler icons about a week ago and the only person I've seen other than them (after buying the icons) is the missionary. I have all 6 people unlocked too.

Um ya I just sent that Chimera Straits voyage out like 10 minutes ago so after I read the last page I logged in to see if the timer was shorter than expected and got a little message saying my ship was back. Very strange. First time I've noticed this happen to me.

Actually sounds more like the crew member would steal the partial mission reward. But that's just because it's called pilferer. Might be exactly what you said :P I have absolutely no idea what it means lol I was just taking a guess.
