Since when was Guthans not a piece of barrows equipment? I think I missed the notice. Torag legs do have a small amount of defence over Guthans but it's really not worth the extra money if you don't have much to spend.

Not sure if this is actually true but I've heard having a god bird counts as an item from several different people, so there's one you don't even have to wear.

Exp lamps or get a task from one of the lower level slayer masters, they have several tasks that are unaggressive. By the way congrats on 99 slayer :D

Well 99 Mage is one of my near-future goals and it would cost me 31.8m for 99 doing plank make from level 84. How far would that same amount of money get me if I bursted rock lobsters?

I know Adze randomly burns logs but ignore all that, which one has the better cutting speed?

Rock lobsters is pretty much the fastest way. Anything else is just going to be slower thus more boring imo

You seem to get a random if you've been in one place for a long time getting exp then tele elsewhere. I get a random EVERY time after a chinning trip, usually within 45 seconds, a lot of the time instantly. The same was true for when I was training melee at AZ's. And I could be dead wrong on this, but I thought about it and I don't think I've ever seen a random in the Sorcerers Garden area.

Cannoning isn't really worth it, especially on a 10m budget that you need to use on other things also.

Runes would be a nice choice, I've accidentally alched my C'bow a few times when using a staff. Also if you have an EE or are close to the levels need to get one I would highly suggest getting it, but B2P tabs will work fine by themselves.
