It says when you drink a dose of overload "be prepared for 50 damage in chunks of 10" How fast do you get that 50 damage?

[hide] I want to get my third cape but i only have little more than 20m to spend, so i have question, does it only cost 21m to buy iron bars and smith iron knives to get 99 smithing? or do i have to smelt the ores to? becourse i hate smelting=) And 50m to craft green bodies, is it including selling the bodies and buy new d hides all the time? i hope u can understand what i mean, not that good in eng:) ty Yep, I understand. The 21m figure for smithing is buying bars and selling knives. The 50m for green bodies is buying leathers and selling bodies. You could tan your own hides, but the true cost is 50m (there's an implicit opportunity cost of using leathers you tanned equal to their sale value). [/hide] Okej, cool:) then i think my next cape will be a smithing cape then:) thnx Before you jump right into it and buy all the bars you need, wanted to say that iron knives are slow for smithing, something like 200 hours for 99 from a post I read a little while ago.

Well Skeleton Monkeys with DH is the fastest exp you can get, but it cost something like 50k an hour which isn't much. If you want to get decently fast exp and break even/profit go to AZ's.

It's simple really... it's for the esthetics. It just looks better this way. Every one of us who has played the game already knows all the ads by heart. I'd stopped playing for 2 years, and i can still remember the ads of 2006. I don't think there's any real need to KEEP SEEING the same ads for hours to no end. Once is enough. And with zoom level of 120%, your RuneScape playing area will look better! Maybe you didn't read my whole post because I was actually agreeing with you. <_<

I've heard that you can't do it from a few people, but I can't confirm that. And seeing as how you can't trade them or assist in making them I doubt you can.

[hide] He's not training, he's doing PC. And I'd just use your normal melee set up that you usually use for whatever, and BGS spec is nice if you hit on portals but at usually only once per game I don't see it as worth getting just for that purpose. Err, he's training with pc. You still get xp for damage you do (although it's less if you kill the monsters). And doing more damage will also take down the portals faster. Using a better weapon will get you faster experience... [/hide] For straight training I will agree with you that GS's are not better. But for PC I do find a GS to be better, against portals anyways.

I don't really see why this would be a problem. The ads are there to help raise revenue. If you use a method to block them all together they get no money. You use this method and you're still technically viewing the ad but it's just not on the visible screen, they still get their money. It's really no different than if a site has an ad at the top of the page and you scroll down.

I spent probably 30 minutes total trying to get across that one wall. (I really only remember a. Wall, and b. Me failing the wall. Did the quest a very long time ago)

I'm sure it is, all he's doing is changing the zoom level, and every browser that actually calls itself a browser has zoom.

Well basically the main question is.. Void or max range attack. I'm thinking about training range, I don't know where yet but I don't want to go spending 40m or whatever on a max range outfit (I can afford it just never bothered getting it) if I''m going to get better exp using Void which I already have. I don't care about def or anything like that, just which would net me more exp/hour on average

I believe using a master wand (Good mage bonus + the 10% extra damage) would be your best choice.
-
Well for me personally and a lot of people I met, they didn't have the agility requirement and potted to it, and it's very hard to get across some of the stuff. Plus the puzzle thing can be quite confusing.
-
Summer Pie increases it by five. And Spirit Terrorbird increases it by two when you use it's scroll, you could try to see if they stack but I doubt they do.

Yes AZ's would be perfect. If you can pick up drops every few minutes you will defiantly profit, as it costs next to nothing to train here. For your gear I would wear proselyte so you don't have to recharge your prayer as often, if you don't mind recharging prayer more often go with bandos or void melee. For your exp/hour here to be the best you should wear a salve ammy (e), bring super sets, and pray piety. And if you bring a bunyip you shouldn't need any food, but bring an EE or shark just in case. (If your bunyip isn't keeping up bring a super defence potion, it works a lot better than most people think)
-
Yes you can, if you're with a team that is. Soloing he's going to melee you anyways.

Maging, mobilising armies, and charm gathering questions
Darkvengence replied to yuyu13's topic in Help and Advice
I personally don't think you should spend the money on Zuriel if you're only ice bursting, seems like a big waste to me. Unless maybe it's an actual clan war or something, but you shouldn't be bursting then anyways. And if you can afford it and only want fast charms burst/barrage rock lobsters. If you don't mind slower charms while you get a profit, do waterfiends. -
I don't think that's true. I could possibly be wrong though.
-
I have both melee and range and I hardly ever use the melee except when I'm just messing around and having fun. The range on the other hand I use quite often if I'm able to safespot.
-
I was thinking the same thing, I bought mine for 60.9m and now I would make 12m profit if I sold now. I think I'm going to hold on it to it though and only sell if it looks like it's going to go below 60m ish
-
IMO get them both, but I'd get the rings first. That's just me though.
-
First time I've heard that, I kind of doubt it.
-
Maybe I'm doing something wrong because I always get two TD's on me in the south spot. I know how to kill them but the luring and safespot part is what is giving me problems. Before the RT5 update the few times I did go to TD's I didn't really have any luring/safespot problems.

The link must have run away. On topic.. My friend actually tried chinning rock lobsters once and he said it was horrible, he didn't really hit much.

You need level 90 fishing to catch the fish and level 93 cooking to cook it. You use a fishing rod and for the bait you use Living Rock Remains, which are obtained from mining the remains of one of the rock creatures after you kill it and you need level 73 mining to mine it. As to where you fish them, you fish them in the Living Rock Caverns
