Well as I'm slow building up my cash pile so I have more than enough cash without selling anything to do Rock Lobsters to 99 Summoning and I thought of something else. Extreme Magic potions, I don't have the herblore level to make them, but I was was wondering if the cost of getting the level would be more than the amount saved on bursting/barraging. Relevant levels.. 64 Herblore, 84 Magic, 88 Summoning

In order for each charm. Gold: Barker Toads Green: Fruit Bat, Unicorn Stallion Crimson: Stranger Plant, Granite Lobster, Swamp Titan, Wolpertinger (Iron Titan, Pack Yak; if you decided to go farther than 93) Blue: (Not sure what would be best before Titans, but at 79 make Moss Titans, Geyser Titans at 89 if you want to cough up the extra money for them, but not worth it imo)

I'm not sure if this is correct but I overheard someone asking the same question ingame and they said to talk to recruiter.

Yes you need the gloves. Helm, Top, Bottom, and Gloves

Trying to tele with a Glory usually fails if your trying to teleport with a rev or pker on you. EDIT: Nevermind I forgot about the new update.

[hide] To clear my stance up, I've never complained about the lack of high level content. In fact, I rarely complain about anythng jagex throws at us. I dislike the fact of rs turning into a get 99 everything race, but I bear with it. I'm okay when requirements are within reach, even it will take me weeks to get it. But 93 summoning? 91 smithing? These are levels that even a high level like me who've put hundreds of hours into the game and say, W T F. If you want a goal, there're always 99s for you to go for. But a diary completion really should be within the reach of us normal players instead of catered to <1% of the rs population. 6002 players with 93 summon/1m (say just 1 million total rs players)= 0.6%. There's a reason it's called 'elite'. Obviously I'm preaching to the wrong crowd here. If you're posting here in the middle of a Tuesday, you're NOT the typical rs player. Don't think I'm a lvl 100 here with an 1700 total. I've played rs since feb 2002 and rank 40,000 on the highscores. Just within the hiscores 40k/2m I rank within the top 2% of rs players. But no, that's apparently nowhere near elite according to jagex. the 0.6% I gave earlier is a very conservative estimate, I would say that <0.5% of rs will get access to this piece of content. Jagex should not expect even all elite players to achieve those elvels. For most of the "Good we finally have "elite" requirements for things" crowd running around with 99's it's like releasing some content where you need 45 million xp for one task, and 60 million for another... Look at quest requirements... 75 is the highest skill requirements needed for any of them. Level 75 needs 1,210,421 xp, that's 10% of the way to 99 as far as XP is concerned. That already takes a fair amount of time to get to for any normal player who isn't trying to powerlevel their way up. 91 is 4.5 times the amount of xp, and 93 is 6 times the amount of xp! Summoning at least has some worthwhile things upto 93... but even then only 6,756 as of this post have 93 summoning. Smithing is even worse, Aside from the 99 cape there is really any reason to go that high. The top 5,570 are 99. All of 10,713 people have 90 or higher. That says volumes about the state of smithing... Unless you're going for the cape it's just not worth training that high. Smithing IS getting a revamp which is good, but should people have to train an otherwise useless skill up that high for a single step of something? The Dragon platebody and DFS aren't exactly justifying reasons either since a couple people could probably keep up with the demand for those services... [/hide] Stop complaining that the minority finally got a decent update. Most of the updates for the past years have been catered to the majority, the average player. Just because the average player who takes no time to level his skills doesn't have the level for it doesn't mean the people who do shouldn't get new content. If you want a game where it takes no time or work to get everything in the game go play some Xbox with a big book of cheats. ======================== Hard. As far as I know it teles you inside the walls, so not much of a difference in terms of distance probably.

I haven't done many TD's since the RT5 update mainly because I fail to no end at finding a spot, but I used to before RT5. You could solo if you could manage to find a working spot, but duo would be best, especially on your first few trips. SGS > D Hally, his Melee never seemed very often on the first strike, and usually you can pray before he hits the second time. And use a C'bow, from my experience before the RT5 update the diamond bolts seemed to help whenever he has the shield up but was praying against melee. And on a side note EE is NOT a super defence potion, it the same as a normal defence potion.

But from my understanding, the trapping no longer works? At least, I tried and I failed, but I might have been doing something wrong. Care to quickly explain how you trap them? Yea I have the same problem too. I've had people try to explain how to trap them but I always fail to no end. I've yet to see someone provide a working spot with trapping details since the RT5 update.

Unless clues were updated recently that's not a clue. Plus he's already F2P so even if it was he couldn't do it.

It's so much easier to just buy it off someone on the RSOF, usually it's always 100k or less. Off Topic.. When I read this not knowing what 'The Stuff' was until I looked it up was a bit weird
-
Is that the complete reward?
-
More complete list of effects I found on RuneScape Wiki [Hide=Spoiler]The Reward for the easy tasks is Ardougne cloak 1, which grants the following bonuses when worn: A teleport to the monastery south of Ardougne, Improved ability to steal from Ardougne stalls, the opportunity to receive twice as many death runes when trading a cat to a citizen in West Ardougne, more of the drops from tower of life creatures will be noted, and a prayer bonus will be recieved when entering castle wars. In addition to this cloak, players will recieve a 1,000 experience lamp.[/hide] If the higher rewards don't offer something better I don't see myself doing this diary either.

If your really willing to pay 100k look around on the RSOF because they're rarely sold on the GE, almost always sold in junk trades for 40k+

Hand canon worth getting over Zanik's?
Darkvengence replied to Evil_Sabre's topic in Help and Advice
Thought I'd add this in here about the cannon It's very good when I use void with it, but for some reason whenever I switch over to d'hide or arma it seems to not hit very often (99 Range too btw) -
Finally decided to get imbued rings. I plan on getting both if not all of the rings, but I was wondering which would make a bigger difference. I know I'll hit higher with the Beserker but to be honest hitting like 2-3 higher really don't appeal to me that much unless the extra attack from Warrior doesn't help as much.
-
Hmm I'm sure I looked on the GE and didn't see the yak hide, then again it was like 3am so who knows what was going through my mind. And wolpertingers really didn't seem that worth it to me because you can only make half as many per trip, but I guess I'll take your word for it, I really don't feel like doing the math on it.
-
I know this is my third topic here in the past two days but I'm starting to plan out my 99 Summoning and I've got a few questions. First off, Wolpertingers. Are they worth making since I've heard the raw rabbit is rather hard to get and you can only make half as many pouches per trip. Next, I've heard Iron Titans are exspensive to make but seeing as how Iron Plates are rather cheap they don't seem expensive, are the plates unbuyable and you have to make them yourself? And last question for now, how many yak hides can I collect an hour by going into a world with a lot of people training at yaks and picking up the hides they leave there. (Or if some other way is faster what is it and how many could you get an hour)

Within the short time I thought about it, I'm sure Corporal Beast is the only boss I haven't been to. I've read the guide in the AoW, but since the guide is nine months old now I wouldn't doubt if current methods have changed. I've done both of the related quests but other than that I know nothing at all about it.

I've been doing Armadyl the past few days, mainly trios and I've gotten two hilts, both were roughly a 32m split. I'm starting to grow a little tired of Armadyl, and now I'm thinking if Tormented Demons would be a nice switch. I would get bigger drops unless I solo/duo Armadyl which I hardly do and I wouldn't have to get that annoying KC. The basic killing I understand how to do, I'm not super great or anything but I got the hang of it, but I really have a lot of trouble on safe spotting/luring. If someone could show me a current guide/video that shows exactly what to do to lure and safe spot that would be great. Any insight on whether you think I keep doing Armadyl or switch to TD's, and if it means anything the money gain is my main motive in doing either of these. Also I have maxed stats for both of these bosses and pretty much the best gear.

Umm, just sell the whip back if you're not going to be a member anymore.

Put it in hide tags, some people don't want to see it :P
