Terragen is not as easy as you think to make a GOOD Realistic scene. infact its much harder to do than make a filter pile. If you randomly click in terragen you probaly are going to have a horible scene. actually i love the weird look to the sky. it doesn't look natural or real, but it swirls around and makes the picture more interesting.

Thank you everyone for your comments. Jeppoz, are you saying that the sigs need more of a storyline than just someone standing there looking at a hydra? my friends idea for one was to make it like a first person, you can see like a bow and your arm, then having someone charging with a battleaxe. I think this idea will make it a more interesting sig.

We made a sig shop with these and nobody seemed interested so we must be doing something wrong. I would greatly appreciate it you could comment on these or give a C/C. Please give contructive critisism but don't flame. (don't just say "those suck" without reasoning for it or ways to improve) They are in order from first to latest.

so what i understand is you want praised for your sigs without anyone saying the negative sides to them. to me they all look the same, it doesn't look as though they improved at all. maybe you should start taking your time on these sigs, they look like they take about 5 minutes. Sometimes i spend hours upon hours just getting the shading of a few things right.

he rendered and took a screenshot of that rather than just rendering to the picture viewer to save the render.

so you took a render, brushed over it randomly so much that you can barely see anything, then you put scanlines over it. same as your old sigs.

my favorite artists are tttia - started the daily sketch thread, is really good at brushing sigs, and helps out other people. keiphus - makes some cool 3d work and the vector of the s2000 was cool
