I was bored and decided to calculate how much each lp costs when using the rapid heal and renewal prayers, what i found out is quite useful so i thought id post it here. At level 70 prayer one dose of a prayer pot gives 25 prayer points That is about 60gp per prayer point. [spoiler=Rapid heal]The rapid heal prayer restores 10lp a minute, with 0 prayer bonus this is about 100gp a minute/per 10lp. With a prayer bonus of 15 it is 66gp per 10lp With 30 it's 49gp per 10lp With a bonus of 62 (the highest you can get) it's 32gp per 10lp Monkfish is 24gp per 10lp ^Rapid heal is never worth it if using monkfish or below. Shark is 48gp per 10lp. ^Almost worth it with a prayer bonus of 30. Rocktail is 91gp per 10lp ^If using rocktails it seems you only need a small bonus for rapid heal to be worth it. Saradomin Brew is 134gp per 10lp at 80 constitution ^Rapid heal is always worth it with brews. So rapid heal is useful but only if you are using brews, or other high food (ie: tuna potatoes and rocktails) with some sort of prayer bonus. This could be very useful at tough bosses like Jad and the Corporeal Beast, lets say it takes you 60 minutes to get to Jad that's 600lp with rapid heal enabled and at 70 prayer with a 15 prayer bonus you only need 2.6 doses of prayer pot for that. [spoiler=Rapid renewal]The rapid renewal prayer restores 50lp a minute. Note: you might think that it would restore 40lp a minute but according to the wiki it restores lp at 5* the normal rate in addition to normal restoration. Also if you read jagex's descriptions for rapid heal: Doubles the restore rate for life points. And rapid renewal: Restores life points at 5 times the normal restore rate. As you can see rapid heal just doubles your restore rate while renewal "Restores life points at 5 times the normal restore rate" making no mention of changing the normal restore rate it just says that the prayer itself restores lp at 5* the natral restore rate. (sorry for being repetitive i just wanted to make it clear [still not sure i have succeeded]) With 0 prayer bonus this is 276gp per 10lp At 15 it's 197gp per 10lp At 30 it's 147gp per 10lp At 62 it's 95gp per 10lp So it looks as if rapid renewal is inefficient to use as healing during combat most of the time. However at Jad for example it could work. Lets say that it takes 60 minutes to get to Jad. That's 3000lp with rapid renewal on, 9.8 prayer pots at 70 prayer with a 15 prayer bonus, that only comes to 306lp an invent slot (less than a brew) but prayer pots are worth less than brews, so maybe.....

Very guthixian! Helping where it is needed, always trying to uphold the balance, prepared to fight if it is necessary but ONLY when it is necessary. Guthixians tend to help saradominsts more than anyone because most NCPs are saradominsts and it is most often the people that they are helping NOT the god that the people follow. Saradomin is very easy to follow as all you ever seem to here about him is that he is a god of "Good" and "Order" and some people even say he is a god of "Peace". Even Guthix is more peaceful than Saradomin, if only slightly. Guthix wishes for a peaceful world and is prepared to fight for it if it is necessary but ONLY if it is necessary. Saradomin also wishes for a peaceful world, but he believes that a peaceful world can only be attained by the way of light, and he will try to destroy anyone who follows a god of darkness, even when it is unnecessary. A true god of peace is Armadyl who will only fight in self-defence. I believe that the reason there are so many saradominsts is that most of them would be guthixian if they did not believe two things that i think are false, that Saradomin is a god of peace, and that Guthix is an indifferent god. The problem with Zamorak is that he truly wants a world of war, unlike Zaros who i believe wants a world of peace just a different one than Saradomin/Armadyl. Zaros and Zamorak will both fight with all their might to create the world they want. However Zamorak will also fight for the sake of fighting, and destruction for destructions sake is never positive. Back on topic (at last :P): Yes you don't seem to get much choice, but judging on resent quests i can see that changing.

I don't know how long it would take for 85 dungeoneering, frost dragons drop frost dragon bones, the highest pray xp giving bones in runescape (180 xp each 630 on a gilded alter) and they are worth a lot. YES the chaotic rapier is the same sort of weapon as the abyssal whip just stab based and a lot more powerful (as you would hope for a level 80 attack weapon).

I've made death runes on a F2P world before, so i think all runes can be made in F2P dungeoneering.

Thanks all, i think ill go knife some yaks, unless i get very bored. :) I know but it's about 6m for just an extra 4 ranged attack bonus. I am also more of a roleplayer than most and i dont really like the idea of aligning to Zamorak. ;)

I am going to get 80 range for nomad and simply put, how should i do it? I am currently level 75. My range gear is pretty basic i have: Blessed Guthix dragonhide body/chaps/coif Helm of Nezerot Burrows gloves Snakeskin boots Dragon Boots Accumulator Book of balance Archers Ring Glory Rune c'bow Magic shortbow Dwarf-multicanon I only have about 2.5m atm but i am happy to make more if its needed. I don't have void and i really don't want to get it for just 5 levels. Thanks in advance :)

I just read this page and it seems that the shields don't soak damage at (x-200)*0.14 (x being damage). But instead soak 14 or 7% of the whole hit, provided the hit would have done more than 200 damage.
