Oh Hell O have 45k of rune essence in my bank. I was waiting for the price of essence to rise above what I bought it for. I F2P at the moment, and so all of it has been converted to the much lower value Normal Essence. Jagex seem to have missed the point that F2P'ers merchant ess and are not breaking the rules. They say that it shouldn't effect F2P'ers as all we can do is craft basic runes anyway. I have just lost a significant amount of money. Thanks Jagex. :wink: EDIT: Wait one darn-didldly second... I just checked and it says all of my essence is a 'Members object'. So, good news that it has not dropped in value, but the cheeky sods make me have to sign up to members to get my essence back!! Charming! I guess i need to learn to read the update properly :oops: Still, it doesn't help the people who have always been F2P and that are merchanting it. The have all just lost a fair amount of money.

You need to try and click as far away as you can. Try clicking somewhere where you need to go round a corner. And make sure you are on Walk.

Hmm. That would probably be best actually. Take it on Camtasia and save it as a file that I can post here. I don't have time to do that tonight and I'm going away tomorrow. Anyone wanna do it for me?

Thats a really good point actually! It makes you a lot smaller, and so harder to get a first hit on. Hadn't thought of that before. Wow, how useful is that gunna be!!!

OK, who ever said that eggs cannot walk! Behold the secret of walking, talking eggs! If you walk and then put on your ring, you only walk for a little way in egg form. However, if you do the following, you can actually walk a fair way... First, you need a couple of the Magic eggs (Blue an yellow ones). Make sure that you have the settings on 'Walk', not 'Run'. It is more effective this way. You are ready to begin. First, click on the Mini map somewhere that you want to go. Choose somewhere as far away from where you are standing as you can. As soon as you start walking, eat the egg. It will go through the animation where you turn into a rabbit. As soon as you eat the egg though, and whilst it is still in the animation, repeatedly click on the ring. If you do this correctly, when you come out of the animation, you will walk to where you want to go in egg form. You don't so much walk as glide. Its pretty cool :lol: I would make a Gif of this, but I dont know how... Anyone give me a hand?

Yep, that would be cool. You woudn't want pictures though, as they all look more or less the same. Animated gifs ould be better. I would make one, but I am not a member :cry: Ah well.

Well, actually... By seeing the posts on the general forum, it does slightly annoy me. This increases the amount of adrenaline released into my body, thus increasing my heart rate, albeit very slightly. So, you see, it does in fact directly affect my metabolism. I agree wholeheartedly with what you are saying blipo, there have been several topics recently about hidden updates, and you're right, no-one actually cares. They just get filled with 'cool', or 'Heh, didn't know that' posts. It wastes space and time, and is just annoying. Some updates are funny and actually are worth reading about. For example, there was one a while ago where in Lumby one of the sheep is actually two penguins dressed up. Things like this are worth reading about but not worth their own topic. We should definitely have a sticky where things like this get posted about. It makes much more sense. Nice post

Correct, they are normal eggs being dropped. To the second question, Blipo will not be attacking. He will actually have anything with him except for the random item, and he will be skulled. If you die, tough luck! It really isn't difficult to beat him, he's a noob :lol: Seriously though, Blipo will not be defending himself, I don't think. If he is, you have my permission to give him a good spanking next time you see him. Give him one for the team :wink: Blipo, what do you say? Are you defending yourself?

Chill out dude. It is called being an entrepreneur. Go look it up. People will only buy the spades if they want to. No-one is forcing them to do so. It is how everything in the whole of RS is: Where there is a demand, there will be a supply. If that supply is smaller than the demand, thie price goes up. You have to think what that item is worth to the person. This morning it was next to useless. Now it means getting the Easter update. Therefore, people will pay more for it. It is not the end of the world, or worse, the RS economy.
