  1. Shut the hell up. If you were a student, and you had potentially $32000 available to you, are you saying that you would not be tempted whatsoever? I'm not saying it is right, but you have to realise that this is an exceptional case, not every rule breaker has a bank worth 4 billion.
  2. Holy hell, thats a lot of stuff out of the game! Its a real shame to see you go, you are without doubt the greatest merchanter on Tip.It, and ranking in in the whole of RS. I am quite shocked that such a prominent member of Tip.It could be involved in such a....scandal. I understand entirely why you did it, if you spend that much time, and have that much money, then the temptation has got to be insane. 4 billion GP at about $8 per million I think it is now (or something like that, I dont really know), that is $32,000. I think quite a lot of people would crack under that kind of money, for a student it is a ridiculous amount. Whilst I don't respect you for what you did, I do respect your knowledge and understanding of the game, and your awesome economical skills and merchanting. If you carry that over to real life, you will undoubtedly go a long long way. Good luck in general in everything that you do. Are you going to keep posting on Tip.It, or create a new account? Finally, what is the most important thing you would say to anyone who is a budding merchant? (Besides 'don't sell it'!) Good luck fella Hobgoblin
  3. Wow, thats a real odd one. I doubt it is a normal bug, glitches don't happen like that. You dont rank 1 million players in order, and then miscount one, computers don't work like that! There must be another explanation. Send in a bug report, would be very interested to see what they say. Actually, I will do one as well, cos im P2P, I stand more chance of being answered by a person  Nice find
  4. Stats in my sig, I'll come!
  5. That would not work They could just replace the asterisks with an obscenity, which would bring up the asterisks. Sorry, but no cigar.
  6. You have way too much time on your hands  Nice guide though, I bet you had fun making it! Would be kinda fun to go trekking across the entire RS map!
  7. Damn you, stealing my idea! Beat the autoers at their own game!
  8. Back of the net! One word, begins in 'O', ends in 'wned' 8)
  9. I would report it to Jagex. That way, you are safe from being banned, and I really can't see them taing the hat away from you. It is only bug abuse if you don't report it. Jagex has said that they will not alter the banks of people for anything, whether it is when you were hacked, or for instances like this. So., their policies work in your favour sometimes as well! Report it, and I am sure they will not take it from you. They would appreciate the honesty. Let us know what happens.
  10. Well, this is OFFICIALLY the best outfit in Runescape, as judged by H1P in our Best Dresser Contest
  11. Yep, I can play on all 8 of my accounts. Guees im just lucky
  12. some questions are best left unasked. An answer for the one you state would put far too much unwanted attention on Jagex staff.. whether it be yes or no. Fair point. Very good interview.
  13. You shoulda asked him something like does he get 'preferential treatment' from Jagex, or something to that effect. Also, has he ever been asked to be a p-mod?
  14. Awesome, nice on tip.it! He seems like a genuinely really nice guy, and he oesn't seem to be as addicted to the game as I seem to be! Certainly he doesn't come across as letting it take over his life, like N0valyfe did. Gutted he wouldn't do a bank pic!
  15. That is holding to ransom, not blackmail! Fool, fancy not even knowing the illegal rules of the world!
  16. For the record, your account does not get disabled after a set amount of time! You would not believe the number of times people claim this to be true! Can anyone give a definite dae that her account was still on the list? Then we can start working on when it was removed, and so getting nearer to findin out what happened. Calloused rumours will not get anywhere
  17. Idiot. Nice one, it was great when you got your account back btw. Wierd that you could become so famous in this community for simply having an 'offensive' name! Lol And yeh, I seen Zezima, and met the guy with #1. thieving, but I forgotten his name now and can't be bothered to check. You killed The Old Nite!!!?? Nooooooooo! Is that actually him dying, or someone else? Nice work if it was him, what level are you?
  18. You seem suspicously well informed  OK, so I won't claim to know exactly how bots work, but surely knowing the coordinate that you are on, would involve somehow linking into the RS coding? I dont see how it would know where it was. And no, I didn't actually know that there were autoers now that clicked colours, I meant the very basic ones that clicked at a point on the screen. So, the autoer loads the program, sets it recording the mouse movements, and then does the action that it wants repeating hundreds of times, and the autoing program repeats the action. The guy who said about the colour defining was the guy with the random name.
  19. I agree completely with Dr_Elephnt. It is better for kids not to play PC games 24/7. Sonce I started playing RS, my grades have started to slip, I don't get as much sleep, I don't exercise as much, my eyesight is declining, and I deeply regret it. It is slowly robbing me of being the person I am. I don't even play that much, maybe, and hour a day. After I have been online, my family often say that they notice I am more aggresive. I really do agree that to stop kids becoming addicted is so important. I am 17 and I fell hook line and sinker for this game 2 years ago. I wish to hell that I hadn't, but I do not have the strongest will power anyway, and I just can't kick this game, It doesn't help that my competitive mates, who I don't like to lose to, also play, but that is no excuse. If you really want to play P2P after reading this, then do what I do, pay by text. My parents don't know. However, I would seriously advise againt doing it behind your parents back. It is really really important to have someone monitor how much you play, and hold you back if you get too carried away. Much better to have them 'protecting you from yourself'.
  20. I have never heard of the Armenian genocide, but if what KCHughes says happened, then it is like the Jewish holocaust in some ways. Jews were marched on death marches across Germany and Poland to Concentration camps to be murdered. Along he way, hundreds of thouands died due to the harsh conditions, and lack of humanity shown. Therefore, it sounds a little like the Armenin 'genocide'. Whilst it is not a direct genocide, the Ottoman officials clearly wanted rid of the Armenians, and it seems that they did not really care what happened to them, as long as they were gone. I don't know enough on this particular case to make further comment, but RIP all those who suffered and died.
  21. Number 1. This irritates you? So, autoers who continually drive down the price of the essence that you are mining, due to their cheating, scummy ways do not irritate you? Sort out your priorities. Also, if something this small irritates you, god help you in the rest of RS! Number 2. You don't seem to grasp the concept of autoing. It is not human in contrl, therefore, it cannot tell if it is dead. So, it keeps clicking in predefined squares, thinking that it is mining rune essence and taking it to the bank. It cannot detect that it has been sent to lumbridge, and all it is really doing is hugging the wall for hours on end. And yes, report any autoers you see. I saw a hilarious video of around 50 autoers following each other chopping yews earlier on google. It was pathetic.
  22. Pfft, stealing H1P's ideas indeed! Wait for our event coming soon (If it gets validated). Can't tell you anything else about it, but it will be awesome
  23. Now, let me get this straight from the start, I aint accusing you of hacking my account. However, I viewed this guide about an hour ago, and now - someone is logged into my account! They have been for the last half hour and I don't know what to do! I might go and curl up in a ball and cry in the corner. I don't want to accuse you of anything, but if you could just assure me that it isn't you that is running rampage on my account, that would be appreciated! It was a nice guide by the way
  24. Unbalanced trades, i.e. large amounts of money given for free. They mean that they track trades of the essence being given to a macroers main account for use when runecrafting, so that they can ban the main account. By saying 'but the abusers in this case were swapping runes for gp' shows that they are not tracking the trades where a macroer sells the essence for a fair amount of money. Hence, this is not true. If you are concerned about it, send in a Customer Support query.
  25. You need to learn to read and comprehend stuff properly. What they actually say is that they track trades that give large amounts of RS money for free. This usually indicates that someone is buying RS money on sites like eBay. It says that the macroer's sell the essence for RS money (they don't say anything about the people that buy the essence), and then they sell the RS money for real money. They are cracking down on the people who sell and buy RS money for real money.
