Bubsa Sings RuneScape: What happened next
Wow, this topic is still going strong! Almost a year old this is! Just listened to the most recent ones you did, since I last posted here - Bubsa, you are the man! How did your marathon go by the way? From what I remember, the winner was not some butt-naked maniac, so I guess you didn't win, but did you finish it? Hobby

H1P Presents: The First Ever Summer Deathmarch! DATE CHANGE
H1P Presents: The First Ever Summer Deathmarch! Summer time is upon us, with Americans having broken up for summer holidays, and the rest of the world gearing up for a hot one (Yes, even you Australians, where it is actually winter!). So, what could be more fitting than a grand sweaty, dirty, suicidal frolic in the wilderness!? Come and join us as we are led blindly to our deaths by the one, the only, Blipo, and generally have a Royal Rambunctious Romp through the Wilderness! Date: Saturday 24th June, 2006 Time: 6.00 PM GMT 7.00 PM BST 8.00 PM CET 3.00 AM ACST (Sunday 25th June) 4.00 AM in AEST (Sunday 25th June) 11.00 AM in PST 12.00 PM in MST (Noon) 1.00 PM in CST 2.00 PM in EST Note: If you live in the UK, you are BST, not GMT! Can't find your time? Where: Runescape, F2P, Falador (See below for precise details) World: 30 What: A deathmarch through the wildy, ultimately ending in meeting your creator (No, not Andrew Gower!) Attire: Anything you want. Come with nothing, or come with full rune and lobsters. Your choice! Be aware that you are highly likely to die during this event though, it is up to you whether you go out skulled or not. H1P cannot be responsible for the loss of any items. Details: So! Five minutes before we start out, Blipo will start a train from Fallador Centre, that will run all around the city of Falador. It works as such: Person #1 follows Blipo. Person #2 follows Person #1. And so on. They can get to be pretty long! When in the freak train we ask that if you're going to suddenly log out, you let the person behind you know. This gives them the warning they need to "fix" the train. The second we reach the official event time, Blipo will head out into the wilderness! He'll march us on up to the Demonic Ruins, home to the two fierce Greater Demons of the Wild. Once we are there, it is time to let the carnage rip!! Kill demons, kill each other, kill Blipo (please, someone do it!), do whatever you want. You could even take some beer and cakes, and sit having a tea party in Level 48 wilderness! It is honestly up to you! The only request we have of you, is that you do not begin attacking anybody until we reach the Greater demons. Once we are there, you can do whatever you like, but until we are there, do not attack anybody. Surely waiting 2 minutes until you ar at the final destination, and running the event properly is better than crashing it halfway, and only getting half the pleasure!? We shall stain the ground red with the blood of our friends and foes alike! If there are any survivors, we might tag up and start a pathetic attempt at PKing generally having some Wildy fun! Prizes: No prizes for this event. The satisfaction of slaughtering Blipo and your friends should be prize enough! This is fun event, not competing for prizes. We have decided, that to honour the memory of The Old Nite, who recently passed away after a 3 month battle with Cancer, that this event is to be dedicated to him. Any queries or comments may be directed to Calvernator (Hobgoblin11), Blipo, Honest1 or Im_Watchen.

>--Runescape equipment bonus calculator--<
Ah. It could have occurred if it rounds everything down. The numbers 63, 32 and 4 could also have all been rounded down, so they were actually 63.49%, 32.49% and 4.49%. That would get you up to around 97.5%. Then adding the other 4 which it counted 0% for, they could all be 1.49%, and so adding up to around 99.5%. Dunno where the extra bit comes from though, just over 0.5% is missing from this calculation

That is 96%...

The Doomsday Massacre
So, who exactly do you consider a legend. And by the way, when you are in the wilderness, most people are there to kill each other. I don't see how that is exactly respecting each other...

The Doomsday Massacre
So, the difference between Zezima and say, The Old Nite, is what exactly? (Apart from obviously being different people - you know what I mean)

The Doomsday Massacre
Lol To those people who said I should go into writing books - no, believe me, I shouldn't! I hate writing serious stuff, and I am really bad at writing! I hate English language and English Lit, so I dropped both of them at AS level! I really only write stuff like this for fun, and because I enjoy it. It is really the only kind of writing I enjoy. But thanks for the compliments anyway :P Gotta love Wikipedia :) Damn you zerbs, it looks like you are right! The rest of this page can be found here EDIT: Fixed link

The Old Nite memorial
Hmm, we were thinking along the same lines actually. The upcoming H1P event, The First Death March, wehave decided to dedicate to the memory of The Old Nite. The event is on the 17th June, I hope as many of you can make it as possible. This event has yet to be posted on the forums, it will appear on Friday.

The Doomsday Massacre
OK, you clearly didn't read my further post: If your creative writing skills are any better, then feel free to write a piece and showcase your astounding grasp of the English language. The guy is definitely not a legend. What he did helps no-one, but devastates a few. The rares market did not 'sky rocket', as there was an insignificant amount of rares that were removed from the game. Whilst insignificant to the economy, it was most definitely significant to those who lost the rares. Annoying Jagex makes no-one a legend, it is just immature and ridiculous. I'm sorry, but it is people like you who make posts like this, that actually encourage people to take advantage of bugs when they find them, in the hope of being seen as an instant legend. There is no such thing. This guy is scum, with no will-power or regard for the feelings of others. Surely you cannot claim that, at no point during his hour of 'glory' (term used loosely), he didn't think to himself, 'Wait, this is grossly unfair, and I'm going to be banned'. What he did was selfish. No question about it. Pure greed Lol, nice picture crackfox

Stevester77
No way! I don't know Steve personally, but his posts always make me laugh, and when they don't, they are always well informed. Cmon buddy, you can pull through this! Anyone know how old Steve is BTW?

The Falidore Massacre
Bubsa, with all due respect, you don't know me, and therefore have no idea what I would or would not do in that situation. I can tell you categorically that I would not have done what he did.

Benefits of House Locations
Ooh, sorry, need to learn to read properly! I thought he said 'How close is Taverly to Keldagrim' Sorry buddy!
-
Benefits of House Locations
A long way away. You have to go over(or under) Ice mountain, through Catherby and Seers, up to Rellekka, North East of Relleka and find the cave, enter the cave and enter Keldagrim. Its a fair old hike!

I'm Muted
Muted permanently? I didn't think they did that, I thought they just gave you a temp ban to try and sort you out. How dya get by being permanenty muted! That must be so annoying!
-

Do you think that Jagex has beta testers?
As has been shown, yes, they do have testers. However, in the past 5 days I have reported 5or 6 different bugs to do with construction. Now I know it is a big update, but the bugs all happenned in the dining room, either sat on a banch or something else in the dining room. It appears maybe that this room was not fully experimented with. I dont blame Jagex for the Falador Massacre though, it was an obscure bug and they couldn' have foreseen it.

Highest Damage counts in Pest Control?
Holy hell! Lol, wrong both time. There are 2 ways to win pest control - 1 is to own all the portals, the other is to make sure the knight survives for 20minutes. The time shows how long is left in that 20 minutes.
