I have a few fights recorded, I'll upload them on Monday if people want to see a full fight from me with team commentary etc. http://twitch.tv/itrolledu is generally streaming this though, and he has a very consistent team, so if you want to see the mechanics/learn the terminology, I'd definitely look into it. :P

Spent way too long doing this yesterday, but have now got the method pretty much sorted, our team was getting 95% of kills by the end of the day, I think we managed 25 kills in a row near the end, before I had to sleep. This does actually have some timings in it, so it's possible to roughly know when to not use ultimates/high dps abilities. Took a while for the team to notice though, as the fight is stupidly chaotic.

The current problem I have with this: Karil. His bomb thing's attack range is WAY too far. If he does it in the middle, you need to stand in the very corner of the room to avoid it. The range on it is just stupid.

I was the only one on my team who'd gone to Runefest, but we all have a lot of PvM experience. It is very difficult, but the majority of deaths are just silly and seem unavoidable unless you can see 5 seconds into the future. And last I checked, I don't know Chris L ingame. :lol:

When you kill a brother, you have 30 seconds to kill another, then 30 seconds to kill the next, repeat till all dead. if you fail, all the dead ones get put back up to 25k hp.

Kill took about 5 minutes, it's surprisingly fast. You get 1-2 energies per chest.

Team I was in (Fumbra, AD AM M, Lou is, and me) got the first kill, but we all failed to get out so lost energies.. Just got a kill now, sold energies 7m each, also got 5 barrows amulets, which sold for 4.5m in total. :thumbup: Playing at runefest gave a massive advantage, knowing half the mechanics helps a ton. :p

The closest you get to gambling in PvM is FFA Keep teams. I've been in a few Nex teams like that, and the competition/tryharding is insane. 3 minute trio kills are nice too, even if there are a fair number of people who are a lot better than me and get drops most of the time. The most worrying thing is when the "tank" somehow manages to get the drop, because (s)/he has just completely ignored the tank-and-wear-a-shield aspect of their role, but still tanked all the hits and duel wielded the whole kill. :lol:

Fascination of posts? I concur, though a fair amount of posts lack logic, occasionally an amazing post occours.

Probably not going to bother with this armour. Mage is better dps, and if you're in melee distance you're generally taking more hits, so the armour will degrade more quickly. That and it's going to cost a ton more because pets. I might DIY a set to sell though.

<Obligatory "Q for Rs Balancing Team" remark here> Please. We need you. :sad: That idea also makes natural instinct pretty fun. You'd only lose 1% adren per tick for a few seconds after activating.

It's getting to the point where the sheer tankieness of shields is enough to make them better than spirit shields. Spirit blocks 30% of damage, and kills your prayer? Why not just use a t80(/90) shield, and block 100% of damage for most attacks. The ONE situation where a spirit shield is always better is when bomb tanking Vorago, as his bombs have 100% accuracy.

For Hardmode? Yes. I've had teams that use instances a few times, but not recently.

I apply a Hyper Potion to the wall, but as it's a wall, liquid erodes it slightly. 78 HP

Set a time for a TD kill, have us try and beat it. Anyone who beats it gets a bond? Kind of pvm related, but add gear requirements (Godsword and SoL?) to stop t90prods winning, and you're set.
