for quest bosses you might want to add blocking (using another player as a safespot). Really useful for quests like DT at low levels.

You missed two minor groups: 1. The group who never played the game, but wanted to jump on the band wagon anyway because they hate EoC (or change, depending on the person) 2. The oldies who grew up on the game, but fiercely opposes its return. where do I stand? I played in 07, was in the top 1k overall for the first 3 days on 07scape, think it was a poor decision to release it at the loss of the quest this week, and wouldn't have voted if it wasn't released early...(I also dislike aspects of the EoC, but think its better then not trying)

(40k vs either 56k or 96k (not sure if homepage numbers include 07scape numbers)) Members vs members even subtracting f2p EOC currently has ~10k more players. Stop living in a fantasy world. And you think it's good that the 2013 version of the game is barely scraping above the 2007 version? 3 months is a long time, plenty of time for Jagex to update EOC into the dirt. plenty of time for jagex to attach a cost to 07scape too. You're making a lot of assumptions here (players will move to 07scape rather then just quitting if there upset with a game, players who are upset with jagex for an update, will be willing to pay extra to play a different jagex game). Basically, The game is new and free, of course a bunch of people are playing it now. Not so much once it's old and costs an additional $5.

400 total and top 1k overall in 07scape. Making a gmaul/range pure. So much cooperation, and old friends back, it honestly feels like the old days (well except the switching to modern to check ports :razz:)

this is probably the least pleased I've been with jagex since the effigy nerf.

that is ridiculous, considering you should complete the story missions (and therefore get the armor) in ~3 months total.

just make it a full set of hybrid...includes more content, is less ridiculous, and would breathe some life back into a few dead minigames.
