because it's also a slow, fairly expensive skill, that no longer has many benefits for training it?

depends on your stats- at 99 melees/range/summ, it's undoubtedly the best skill to buy if your going to buy one.

It's worth noting that Kre may have a range-based mage attack, or some sort of leach ability that boosts the accuracy of his mage attack when your using mage. A rather small sample size (~500 hits) but we found that his mage attack was significantly less accurate on torag's (salamander-ing) then on gano (PPSing). Was going to do more testing (high mage def ranging etc.) but never got around to it. The mage mino almost never hits you in gano though.

It's worth noting that teak planks are sometimes lower gp/xp then oak, so defiantly check grimy's spreadsheet for that

as long as you actually have a jmods attention, you should explain to them how broken their recovery system is.

try talking to a house agent and see if you can delete your house from f2p?

start with farming and unbuyables: find a goal in each skill with a tangible result and go for it (IE chaotic rapier from DG, opening effigies, farming torstols, whatever). Farm the highest profit herb you can (check grimys spreadsheets). Train hunter first for farming jujus. farming snapdragons with jujus reguarlly while you train unbuyables should get you enough money to train buyables. Before you train combat, get 80 dg and a chaotic rapier. Train combat through slayer.

however, using a polypore staff to cast fire surge is more expensive then using a sol to cast fire surge. He'd use fire surge either way due to glacors weakness.

ganodermic is significantly more expensive. Unless your income is insanely high, probably not.

rune knives are higher xp/hr then rune darts (both speed 7, knives have higher strength, not sure how efficient they are though), and crossbow speed weapons are generally terrible for training.

the difference between 180k and 2m is less then an hour of money making at any level these days anyway.

rune knives in void w/ arma chest plate, boots etc. Cannon if wanted. Chinning is really much faster though. Choose a low defense high hit points monster.

how you "feel" is not really statistically relevant data...and as we now know the accuracy, rhino cape is pretty easy to factor in, and the +1 attack from steads should be almost unnoticeable. You also should always do first hit with rapier/dart drop anyway to remove the no turm boost faster, and kill minions with the rapier.
