that guide is a little outdated. you're going to want verac's (and a soul wars cape if you have it, ardy 3 if not) and prayer renewals+pray mage, and a stole as you don't have an ASN, and a Blessed spirit shield. Use polypore. with this setup youll need a few prayer potions but not many. Use eee>sgs>ee>ancient mace for healing, and bring brews for emergencies. Im not sure if terrorbird>no familiar as it'd basically be filled with more pouches, but maybe. I'd focus on a more charm/effigy heavy training/money making method at your levels though.
