  1. obvious conspiracy
  2. "Seems ready for release!"-MMG
  3. Recently while getting BGWD kc I was feeling lazy and decided to try orks. Killed 33 in 5 minutes (1 overload) at 835 xp per ork, putting them at around 331k xp per hour. This was in tetsu etc. so obviously could be improved on. Bringing a 2h for more AoE abilities would probably help as well, and there's probably a better spot (I was using just south of the entrance to the bandos area).
  4. That's a problem with Jagex's overall game design, not nex. The idea that 70/80 is high level content is outdated and needs to be re-balanced.
  5. Well, you missed the most important part: And from this post, that was: Abilities dont use runes. Soul split eats prayer points and bloodfire spells eat runes. These two options are good if you like clicking 5 times / sec* OR feel like wasting good money and terrible for camping. Bunyip / stallion are tolerable options. Except a summoning obby is NOWHERE to be found (in the vicinity). Which makes them bad for camping bandits. Use a summoning/super restore maybe? * That's the only thing RS servers do – they ignore clicks. Client acknowledges (red X icon where you clicked), server ignores. Which introduces the need to click the same spot tens of times to make sure your character will even try to do anything. [citation needed] ON RANT TOPIC: Using melee vs magic weak monsters used to produce excellent results – no gp wasted and no need to click ten times per second. This update nerfed defense completely. I wonder how bad every single monster destroys dungeoneers... Food finally has use in there. response bolded. Haven't tried dg yet, but considering you didn't even really need ss before, I doubt you'll need food now.
  6. but Q is the official metagaming subforum.
  7. following today's update, I doubt anyone really knows.
  8. especially because it seems to be in relation to drygores specifically. If he said they'd improved what 1 point of accuracy means across the board or lowered monster defense, that would make sense..
  9. As far as I can understand, "We have implemented a fix" would mean they have added the fix to their development release (the one Jagex devs can use at Jagex HQ to test stuff and such), while "we have deployed a fix" would mean they have added the fix to the live release. so we can expect the fix to go live in November?
  10. I'd say 50-60k. It really is much much slower.
  11. well hey, you know the jagex rules; if it aint broked, broke it. and if it is broken, tell everyone you fixed it invisibly so you can go back to sleep.
  12. mod Avatar apparently doesn't understand the meaning of "fix."
  13. doesn't appear they were actually fixed. Still ~3:30 qbd kills.
  14. [qfc]15-16-119-64950087[/qfc] drygores have allegedly been fixed invisibly.
  15. think the craftable armors will go meds/chains/skirts/squares (lol) offensive, plates, legs, fulls, kites defensive?
  16. they provide a discount on the fury though, so it increases your profit margins.
  17. Via MCL on the HLF :wall: does he honestly think you need armor anywhere except like solo nex? Removing KC from gwd will make raw power much better then staying ability. Void is almost always the best armor right now (I did ~6 hours of bgwd in just void this weekend with no food, QBD it only isn't helpful if you're lazy, leaving pretty much tanking nex/kk). Defense is useless, and with levels playing a bigger part, equipment defense should be even more useless then it is now.
  18. equilibrium is nice if you ever plan on doing any barraging
  19. fixed :P obviously not true in occs/warps. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Abandoned_floors picks/spiders/earth warriors/bats/green dragons/giant skeles/hill giants/hobgoblins/melee skeles/melee zombies/forgotten warriors vs. range skeles/range zombies/forgotten rangers/mages/shades 5 range/mage vs. 11 melee (although they aren't randomly distributed...)
  20. If jagex didn't insist on dragging low tier equipment up with damage boosts and prayer bonus we wouldn't have that problem as low level bosses wouldn't be good money for high level players.
  21. Because I haven't found a bow. I was asking because I wanted to know the advantage of the Bryll top over the Fractite Top. I've noticed robes don't give a magic attack bonus, and the fractite body only lowers my magic attacking by about 10 points, so it's unnoticeable So I guess until I can get my hands on a Spinebeam short bow, I just need to know which top is more beneficial. if you're maging more, a mage top is more useful. There's slightly more meleers then rangers or mages in DG so it's better defensively too.
  22. Aiel replied to Cheat's topic in Help and Advice
Kree would be good. Ultimate generally aren't worth it with the exception of berserker, assault and destroy are both very good thresholds for melee, and rapid fire>bombardment>snap shot for range.
  23. coal is significantly slower then gold though, and obsidian golems last less time. Should need at least 2.
  24. drop it with action bar. start with an invent of lava titans (obsidian golums) and dec. mining urns, and 1-2 spaces, dropping ore as soon as you get it. As you empty your invent it'll get more afk.
  25. 5-6 years ago is 2007-2008, and I've been playing since 04. Could just recreate the screenshot in classic or 07.
