Push ups and sit ups are good i guess. Curls are good if you have weights to work with as well.

If you knew that exactly the 275th monster will drop you d claws, would it be as fun? I like the mystery and the suprise that comes from a valuable and unexpected drop.

I have just looked over some of your suggestions however number 10 seems one of the worst ideas to me. Living rock caverns has already made mining unrespectable why should they make it easy to get to 77 (which is easy enough in itself). All the skills are ending up being exactly the same and making them all worse off.

Either way is good at that level but iron gets boring real quick. I personally spent a lot of time doing iron at ardougne before the living rock cavern update. -
I have heard that grey chins ar not worth it maybe you should save up for red chins and use them instead.
