First of all staying fit is good for your health! Great body means more chicks too! That's what keeps me motivated. Also important is to stay motivated at the gym. When I started, I got bored of going to the gym after around a month and a half. I read few good articles how to stay motivated and they become useful!

I don't think it should be used as a form of contraception, but if someone doesn't feel they can cope with a child, I think that it may be better to have an abortion, than maybe abandon the child etc. But overall I don't think it's very right.

I love hot black coffee hold the milk, hold the sugar with a nice piece of dark chocolate on the side or a scrumptious cannolo. Some teas are good two.
